Costco Pharmacy

I’m surprised by the negative reviews my husband and I have never had a bad experience getting our prescriptions filled Or vaccines done. There was a nice lady that recently retired that was excellent always remembering names and AJ one of the pharmacists always patient and knowledgeable all the staff great. We switched from Walgreens a couple years ago so glad we did.

They are always so polite.

Costco pharmacy stinks. The regular older gal at the counter is the only redeeming factor, but she’s not a reason for me to continue on with them. The rest of the people are rude, including the rude pharmacist. He has no personality and is just ick! 90% of the time they don’t have what you need and it’s on “shipment for tomorrow”. Well. I need it now! The young gal today was rude, personality bland and just plain awful. If you don’t want to work customer service then don’t apply for a counter job!! I’m so angry, I will never go there again. Shame on Costco for such a lousy service. If I could give it zero stars, I would. A big F minus!

ALWAYS slow, often days late and rude staff.

Posted hours are NOT correct!!!! Had to wait half an hour just to pickup a prescription, when They sent me a notification it was ready for pickup!
