We have heard great things about this location and finally got to try it today for Sunday Brunch! Very busy with a wait, but the line moved quickly and we were seated within 15 minutes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the team working were super nice & friendly, while servicing a packed restaurant. Kaitlyn B. was our server snd she was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Our food was all amazing! Fried Green tomatoes, home fries and Blueberry & Lemon Curd Stuffed Pancakes and Berry French Toast…highly recommend for anyone interested. Can’t wait to come back again!

This was my first time in Winter Park and I stopped by Briarparch Restaurant. Jenna was the sweetest and helped me to pick the best options on the menu. The fried green tomatoes were great and the pancakes were fluffy and sweet just like I like them. I will definitely be back!

Very busy place - for good reason, the food is amazing. Went for Easter and even though it was busy they were able to tend to guests. It is a little small for the amount of business they receive and the food is slightly expensive but worth it.

I recently visited Briarpatch Restaurant during my vacation from Georgia, drawn by the rave reviews and enticing photos of their brunch offerings. Despite the line snaking outside, the wait was surprisingly short, and the bustling atmosphere added to the excitement.

Opting for the Raspberry and Brie French Toast priced at $19, I was treated to a delightful symphony of flavors. The melted Brie and raspberry jam created a perfect harmony, making every bite a heavenly experience. The bustling crowd didn't hinder the exceptional service we received.

My sister opted for the Southern Breakfast priced at $20, featuring two eggs, 3 fried green tomatoes, 2 thick-cut applewood smoked bacon strips, and stone-ground heirloom cheese grits. She wisely added a side of Short Stack Pancakes for $13, along with fresh fruit. The pancakes were a highlight, with a buttery texture, crispy edges, and a burst of flavor enhanced by the syrup.

The Southern Breakfast, turned out to be a generous portion—more than enough for two. The scrambled eggs with cheese were a savory delight, and the thick-cut fried green tomatoes, though unusual to me, were surprisingly tasty. If you're sharing, this is a winning choice.

While I'm unsure about any additional charge for the fresh fruit on the pancakes, the overall experience at Briarpatch was exceptional. The inviting ambiance, swift service, and, above all, the delectable Southern-inspired dishes make it clear that I'll be returning for more. Highly recommended for a memorable brunch experience!

My first time visiting Briarpatch and it was a lovely experience other than the atrocious parking 🤷🏾‍♀🤦🏽‍♀. I'm sorry, it took me forever to find parking and I almost went back home. However, I've been wanting to come for such a long time I sucked it up and keep looking and finally found a spot about 7 minutes away. Ot was worth the walk. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had peach bellini I believe and steak and cheese eggs. It was absolutely delicious. Some of the best eggs I've ever had! Definitely worth the wait. I'll be going back but early and hopefully traffic and parking will be better.

I've always passed by here, but this time I decided to stop with my family and try it...AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! There was some line (they said 30 min. wait but it was more like 15), but it moved quickly to eat in. However, we decided to sit outside (a bit cold though, some heaters would've been great). I tried the Bacon and Mushrooms Omelet, my husband tried the Turkey Sandwich and my Mom tried the Almond Butter Tartine and OMG all was delicious. The cocktail I tried was the Bourbon Blackberry Lemonade and I must say, WOW! The teas were great too. Jared our waiter was awesome. The place is well staffed and all were nice. I will return!

Our server Camila was AWESOME! Briarpatch Restaurant exceeded my expectations during brunch! The wait time was reasonable, only 10-15 minutes, and the service was impressively quick. I couldn't have been happier with my order – the Short Rib Benedict and French Dip were both absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was top-notch. Briarpatch is now my go-to spot for a delightful brunch experience!

This was not our 1st time, but this time was over the top great. 1st Jill S was outstanding, made great recommendations, and shared food insights that were perfect. She was attentive and personable.

The food was absolutely amazing, we had the Fried Green Tomatoes, Black Truffle Burger, Southern Breakfast, A Torta Sandwich, and Canadian Bacon Eggs Benedict. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely, and offered a different spin on brunch.

If you haven't been GO ASAP!

I have been wanting to try Briarpatch for so long and it did not disappoint! We went on a Thursday afternoon and the restaurant was packed. It did not take long to get a seat however and our waiter was wonderful!

I got the California Benedict which was so delicious! The chipotle hollandaise sauce was amazing and the egg was perfectly cooked. We also got the truffle fries to share and the truffle aioli was wonderful! The home fries were also great, crispy and fresh!

The restaurant was very loud and chaotic while we were there which was my only negative of the experience. However it was expected as we could tell they were very busy.

Highly recommend checking out this breakfast/brunch restaurant!

Great service with even greater food. Southern breakfast with grits and fried green tomatoes is amazing. The pancakes were amazing, crisp on the edges, and buttery in the middle. However, as good as they were, the raspberry lemon pancakes were the best I've ever had. Going back just for those. Highly recommend.

This came as a recommendation from my cousin for brunch. I have to say this was pure perfection. We didn’t have to wait long for a table even though they looked extremely busy. I enjoyed my time there. I ordered the steak (medium rare) and eggs, grits, fried green tomatoes with orange juice. My friend ordered the spicy roast beef sandwich. The portions were great & worth the price. I can’t wait to go again & try something new.

Greeted by staff immediately. It was a 10 minute wait and the place was packed (remember it's the holiday season 😊). The atmosphere was calm even with alot of people in the place. The waitress was super pleasant and knowledgeable about the food items and drinks. This was my husband and I first time at the restaurant. The food was good!

Breakfast was amazing! The food was delicious. Honestly, everything we ordered tasted beyond great. The server was sweet but sometimes not where you needed her when you needed her. My biggest complaint is that the table wasn't big enough. We ordered lots of food and constantly ran out of space. Nobody offered to push another table together with ours and when you have a child under 2 with you table space is a requirement.

Restaurant is also super cute, it's a lovely atmosphere.

The food was GREAT!! There was a line to get in but it moved fast. Our food came out pretty quick as well. The only draw back is they fit people in like sardines. It's really tight inside. The waiters had to squeeze around the customers and tables to move around.

It was a great experience dining here. It was pretty busy but the hostess did an excellent job maintaining everyone's position in line, so no one was skipped. Our waitress was very friendly, informative, and fast. The food was on the pricier side but so worth it. They also have the outdoor dining option if you wanna enjoy your food with your four legged friend. However, it can get pretty noisy though, so if you're looking to be out of the hustle and bustle, this is not for you.

If you can wait 30 minutes in a line, you won't regret it. Now is one of my favorite places. The food is amazing and the waitress Kaitlyn was really nice and kind!

Went to Briarpatch to meet up with a friend that I haven't seen in a while. This is one of his favorite places. We arrived at 8am & got seated right away. I'm not a huge breakfast person, but I was so impressed with how good their breakfast food was! The wait staff was also very attentive & super efficient for how busy they were. Can't wait to eat here again & very glad that my friend suggested to meet here!

Briarpatch is an absolute must-visit in Winter Park. The ambiance is quaint and cozy, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The food is exceptional, from the fluffy pancakes to the shrimp and grits, each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. They also offer a wide variety of coffee and tea options that complement the food perfectly. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this charming establishment for a delightful breakfast or brunch experience. A definite five-star rating!

My server, Camilla, was phenomenal! She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and so kind. The food was excellent. My dog had an accident while I was there, and she was so kind about it. I was so embarrassed, but she really made an effort to make sure I knew it was ok. If I lived closer, I would be at the Briar Patch every day!
