I wanted to emphasize the professionalism and how great this clinic is. I was in and out within minutes.

Donna at the front desk was incredible energy, it was her birthday and she put a smile on my face even while I was feeling sick and Dr. Abdou was incredibly knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with how great the service was and highly recommend anyone and everyone to go to this doctor. From the front desk to the doctor to the environment at the clinic. Everything was great and amazing.

Dr Abdou is the one of the best Doctor I’ve ever came across. When you there you feel like family, he’s so patient and caring. When he explained things to you he’s very clear, and you don’t feel uncomfortable or feel like you’re being rushed through the process and leaving without understanding any concerns you may have.

Just by observing from the waiting area as a first time patient, it was a breath of fresh air, based on how he’d briefly interact with other patient’s and it appeared he knew their names without looking in his chart. That’s when you know you’re in good hands 👍.

I was referred to him by FMC and was a bit hesitant but the experience was wonderful. Just as the referral stated when I was looking a Primary care Physician that took my health insurance.

The staff experience also was exceptional as well, they were very welcoming, professional and made the process went by smoothly.

I also want to say a big thank you to Miss Donna because she was one of the first staff member I spoke with and made the appointment and her personality throughout the entire telephone conversation and in person was exceptional, as she was very patient and very professional to everyone.

The entire staff here really makes you feel at home and I highly recommend this practice!!!

Dr. Abdou is one of the kindest professionals out there. This man really cares about his patients. I have been going to him for other 5+ years and I refuse to go anywhere else.
