I can’t say enough about the exceptional care both my husband and I have had. Dr. Odland is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He listens and takes note of the details we share with him and proceeds accordingly. We praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for our good health and give credit to Dr. Odland for his wisdom and care in treating us. We’ve been seeing Dr. Odland for years and highly recommend him. We’re hoping he doesn’t retire for a very long time.

dr odland is the most caring doctor i’ve seen, very knowledgeable and friendly. great at squeezing me when my work schedule is a conflict. would definitely recommend to others. his two employees are great too. very nice people all around

Caring and very knowledgeable.

Odland is a great man, very caring and compassionate. My family has seen him through 2 generations, getting an appointment is near impossible. I've been attempting to schedule and appointment for 2 weeks now and I have to leave a voicemail every time. (Still no call back) When I used to go in, it takes a minimum of 45 minutes after my appointment scheduled time to be seen. The hospitality knowledge and practice is phenomenal, the professional and punctuality of the clinc is poor. You have to choose between being treated like family as a priority or as client. That's what makes or breaks this clinic as a whole.

Went in for a general checkup and a hernia diagnosis. I was scheduled for a 3:50PM appointment and was there 15 minutes early. It took them until 4:10 to even talk to me and realize I wasn't the regular they thought they had scheduled but instead was a new patient. Odland came in and verified that I had the hernia I mentioned on my sign in sheet and gave me the surgery referral but then never did the checkup. I stopped him as he tried to leave and mentioned I had several other concerns I would like to address, he still never did the checkup but let me describe two other issues I was having without giving any real medical advice and then left before I could get any further. I will not be going back here.

If ZERO stars could be given it would go to this practice. I had been an off and on client for the last 12 years. I am not an unhealthy person so I don't have to go to the doctor all the time. So when I actually do need medical attention they say they have to do a "phone survey" to see if I qualify. Which all I needed was a referral to go see another spine doctor, they treat me like a drug addict cause I said I needed pain management. News flash! Some people use other tools for pain management other than drugs. I am so offened by how I was treated. I've referred people to this practice for years, You better believe I will NEVER do that again. After 12 years to be treated like that was a terrible experience!

Would not recommend, do to their staff. I have see Dr. Odland off and on for over 15 years. I went in because I was in severe pain.(what I have now come to find out is a slipped disc in my neck) when I went in my whole left arm felt like it was on fire, numb, I couldn’t lift things, I wasn’t able to sleep any night. The numbing was moving to my right hand also. During this time. Dr. Odland gave me different medication to try. Which none seemed to help. They referred me for an X-ray of my shoulder. After a month of back and forth to their office. His medical assistant Britni told me I need to go to the ER and get and MRI. That it would be fast if I went there. “ she wasn’t telling to do that” cus shes not suppose to do that. Make sure I “play up” how bad I’m hurting. I went to the ER turns out they don’t do MRI like that. The ER referred me to Pioneer peak Orthopedic. I called Britni back and let her know and she was super surprised! I had been dealing with this for over a month, pain to the point of throwing up, not sleeping. Britni got really irritated on the phone started huffing and puffing. Hung up on me in the middle of talking, not once but two different times. She told me they have gone out of their way to help me! Yet, they never referred me to an orthopedic doctor!! I told her she needed to learn how to talk to clients! She was rude. She told me information about stuff that wasn’t accurate. Then when I called back she said, oh yeah, I’m reading the charts now, guess I was wrong! She definitely needs training on how to deal with the public. Or lose her license! I did tell her she is a b**** . They wrote me a prescription for pain medication and post dated it for December 24th they left their office December 24th and didn’t come back until January 4th. No pharmacy would fill it for me with out a pre authorization. I left messages during that time and no one returned my calls! I have already turned her in to the medical board for her behavior and conduct. I know if she has treated me this way, she has treated others this way!

I had called to establish care and was treated so poorly on the phone that due to the discourteousness of the staff answering calls, I elected to take my business elsewhere prior to even making it through their screening process. Poorly run clinic.
