I feel bad that I forgot the gentleman‘s name, but he was very knowledgeable and easy-going. He knocked out the job as well as fixed Several other issues I was unaware of quickly and efficiently. I’m a chatty Cathy and even with my Constant, random banter the dude pulled the job off with military precision and cool as a cucumber. My house is off grid With a fancy set up and requires a little extra knowledge and work and some uncomfortable spaces as well. I’d recommend rock solid to anybody and is my new go to company for plumbing

We called yesterday morning for an emergency appointment after a pipe started leaking. Rock Solid was able to send someone out quickly to get it fixed AND kept the price very reasonable. Jason did an amazing job and he taught us a few things as well. Highly recommend!!

Rock solid has taken very good care of my heating in my home from maintaining my old unit to installing my new one when it eventually failed from old age. Their techs are knowledgeable and always available to answer any my questions. When it comes to big repairs on anything… I have certain checklist of expectations. They must be knowledgeable and experts in there fields. Keep my best interests at heart with solidified repairs. And show genuine care not just a transaction and they check all those boxes so Thank you Rock Solid team.

I noticed that my water softener holding tank was never running out of salt. I called Rock Solid and Steve came out that same day, he found there was a thick salt bridge built up and chiseled it out. He educated me on how the water softener operates and how to prevent it from happening again in the future, they didn't charge me anything said it was customer care! Anytime I need plumbing or heating services Rock Solid will have my continued business!

Our old boiler was having issues during the current cold spell. Rock Solid sent a technician the day after my call.

Zach was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. Zach cleaned and serviced the boiler but was unable to reset the boiler to a safe and working condition. He left us with space heaters that kept our house toasty until his return the following day.

Zach had researched our boiler and, upon his return, had a good idea of what the problem was. Zach did more cleaning and inspecting, nursing the boiler along so that it provided adequate service, but still not back to full strength.

Zach believed that there was a blockage beyond his ability to address and recommended a power cleaner who could reach the suspected blockage - all in the hopes that the power cleaning could resolve the issue.

Sure enough, following the cleaning, our boiler is back to full strength and running like new.

Zach's hard work and professionalism saved us from the rather massive expense and great inconvenience of installing a new boiler. It is now 10-below outside, and we are enjoying a toasty 73 inside thanks to Zach.

Steve from Rock Solid Plumbing was great to work with. He let me know when he was going to arrive and worked fast! He replaced the faucet on my leaky sink and was a pleasure to be around. Thanks Steve!

I called them about an odd noise seemingly coming from the furnace. My call was as answered promptly and an appointment set up. Brent, who’s basically been my regular fixer-upper now for a time, arrived as scheduled and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He’s always friendly and answers my questions easily in an understandable way. And, even found a moment to talk to my dog and scratch her ears. That may sound silly to some but it’s the little things like that, the human aspect, that make me glad I use Rock Solid and, through it, him. I’ve been having issues diagnosing an electrical problem with my Geothermal system. Zack came out and worked his magic and solved a ton of problems for me. Very impressed with these guys and will be working with them again in the future.

Rock Solid is an amazing company to use! I called with a burst pipe and not only did they come out very promptly on the weekend, they did an amazing job and checked out everything and found some minor additional damage that they were able to fix as well!

At the end of summer, we noticed that the in-floor heating wasn't keeping it warm! The Rock Solid team was there in no time to trouble shoot and then give me the sad news that my boiler needed to cross the "boiler bridge". Chris and his team at Rock Solid are amazing! We had an issue at one of our rentals and my husband called them and left a voicemail on Sunday, they diagnosed the problem on Monday, and returned with all the parts they needed by Tuesday to fix the problem. Chris and his crew are awesome. I had them do my underground before my slab was poured and they knocked it out in a day as scheduled. They also did all my rough in plumbing, Installing my boiler, water heater, fixtures, etc. Everything came out great and I love the finished product.

I had a lot of ground water coming up in my crawl space and tried several other companies to resolve this. Jason with Rock Solid was able to come by and resolve this issue and even insulated all of the piping to reduce noise. Our water heater decided to flood our garage Monday evening, so I started down a long list of plumbing and heating companies to come to our rescue.

All were happy to quote us, but installation was anywhere from 5 days to 4+ weeks (that's a lot of cold showers...).

I called Rock Solid on Tuesday and texted them pics of our dead dinosaur water heater, had a quote within an hour and installation scheduled today (Wednesday).

Even better, Dave and Gus (the techs) finished up their other job early and asked if they could be here before 1 to do the install.

Uh, yes, please!
