Dr. Arwood was wonderful! I went to their office for a root canal when I could not get into the endodontist in Anchorage. By the time I got to her chair I had been in excruciating pain for a week. They immediately went to work and took care of me. This was by far the most comfortable and efficient root canal I have ever had. I will definitely be back to Dr. Arwood and staff!

My wife had bleeding around a tooth that wouldn’t heal. We researched emergency dental care in Mat-Su on a Saturday and Dental Innovations was open, receptive, friendly, and expedited her scheduling. Within 30 minutes of my call she was being treated. Dr Frantz was phenomenal. So was hygienist Amy and the staff member helping at the front desk. Gentle, highly competent, and informative throughout; nice waiting room and facilities… He resolved the problem, no bleeding, healed gums. And she’s doing great. Thank you Dr. Frantz and Dental Innovations. Highly recommended.

I barely felt the needle, somebody massaged my face the whole time, almost, I didn't even feel two teeth getting pulled out, and I got to leave with them, sanitized and bagged, they were so kind and gentle and very professional.

I had my first experience today at Dental Innovations. It was all positive. The moment I arrived the staff was polite and friendly. I felt comfortable even though I fear going to the dentist they helped ease my fears and completed a thorough exam. Chris and Doctor Arwood both were great and completed the first of the fillings necessary to proceed to the next ones. I did not feel the pain usually felt at my previous dentist whom shall remain nameless. The procedure was quick and once completed my biggest area of concern was repaired and looked awesome. I was very thankful for the work done on my teeth and promptly made an appointment for the next repairs needed in my dental journey. Thanks to all who assisted me today I will definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family and whoever is in need of dental work. Good work!

I took my daughter in for an emergency appointment, we have never been to this office before this morning. My little girl has a major fear of all doctors and going to the dentist this morning was no different. But the dentist and the staff at Dental Innovations were absolutely amazing with her. They were kind, patient and they made sure she was comfortable before proceeding with anything. I will be going back and I will recommend this office to everyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They’re absolutely amazing, from start to finish.

I came to Dr. Arwood for a cleaning because I had some pain. She discovered I needed a crown and gently got me all fixed up. My teeth feel so much better now and she took the time to really explain things to me during the process. Awesome experience all around, I highly recommend Dr. Arwood.

Going to the Dentist is one of those things most people would like to not do and I am one of them. But Dr Atwood is very knowledgeable and polite and really made me feel like she new how to fix my teeth. Thank you all at Dental Inovaction for your expert care

Absolutely love them! Very accommodating if you need to reschedule. I could not get sitter one time and had 2 of my kids with me and the staff was absolutely amazing! The kept entertaining my boy who got scared at first and tried everything to make him happy and were being goofy with him. My baby was in her car seat and she started crying and one of the staff rocked her and talked with her until my cleaning was done! They didn't have to but they went out of their way to keep my kiddos smiling. Not just one staff member but all! They got my tooth extraction scheduled right away only 2 days after we found out they needed pulled. They even would've done it the next day but I had preexisting plans. Dr. Arwood did an amazing job pulling my teeth I usually have extreme anxiety just getting fillings but it went very smoothly.

Dental innovations is absolutely wonderful! From the staff to the treatment plans, etc. I could go on and on. I’ve been to a lot of dentist office, and this is by far the best hands down.

Dental Innovations is the least invasive best dental care I've ever had in my life. The staff are remarkable and Dr Richter is a precision dentist who should be teaching future dentists proper dentistry! Thank you Dental Innovations for your excellent service.

Absolutely the best dental experience of my life. The staff of Dental Innovations really knows how to treat their patients. Everybody in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Arwood is exceptional in both skill and knowledge. Dr. Arwood has great "bedside manner" and is just a top notch dentist. I won't be changing dental offices. I am giving them 5 stars even if it means I might have a longer wait for my next visit. They earned them!

I'm so glad I found Dental Innovations. Dr. Arwood is a great dentist. After having a very very poor experience with another dentist I was apprehensive of seeing any one else. My oral health was on a steep decline, and it was desperately time to get some work done. I was terrified, and overwhelmed of getting my wisdom teeth extracted, as well as all the other work that was required. Dr. Arwood made a wisdom tooth extraction that I was terrified of sort of fun. She was very personable, and seems like she really enjoyed her job. Chris the dental assistant was awesome too, she chatted with me the whole time which really helped with my anxiety with the ordeal. There's still more work to do, but I'm glad it will be this Dr to do it!

So far I’ve only had one procedure done so my experience is limited at this time. The ladies there took great care of me even tho I’m a huge baby when it come to dentistry. I’ve been to many dentists throughout my life but this was the best/least painful experience I’ve ever had.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this office and its staff. The Dentist, Dr. Arwood, as well as the Dental Assistant, Emily, explained each procedure they were doing and answered my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable, respected and valued as a patient.

I fully trust Dr. Arwood and her team to provide quality services and exceptional patient care. They are very friendly and make you feel like going to the dentist isn’t a chore. Definitely recommend this practice!

Dr Arwood is an amazing dentist. Her bedside/comfy dental chair manner is professional and warm. The fact that her super cute puppy Miska was available to sit on my lap while I was being worked on was extremely comforting... I get really nervous at the dentist, but with Miska, and Dr Arwood's wonderful skill, I felt great! Dr Arwood doesn't like to over-treat which I also appreciate. She will 'put a watch' on particular areas and I just do a better job of cleaning them. Haven't had a new cavity since I started going to her :)

Got my wisdom teeth pulled and I had a great experience. Stephanie has excellent skills in patient care! I will definitely be returning again.

Attentive service and a very friendly staff make this a great practice. Dr. Lucas did a super job for my wife - much better than other providers who've performed the same procedure on her before. They were also very helpful arranging billing with our new insurer on her first visit. Highly recommended!

My experience with Dr. Collins and Assistace Chris was extraordinary, very friendly staff. My tooth removed only took 5 minutes, didn’t feel anything, no pain. I was impressed how quick she took it out, made everything go so smooth for me, I can not thank them enough. Awesome place to get your dental work done. Muchas gracias.
