Alaska Bicycle Center shipped my Haro 27.5 Caballero BMX to me all the way to Indiana in less than a week! The staff was very knowledgeable and informative! I got exactly what I wanted! The bike is beautiful and it’s by far the best bike I’ve ever owned! I just wanted to let them know how happy I am with the product and how fast I got it! I highly recommend Alaska Bicycle Center!

This is my favorite bicycle shop. I don't go anywhere else this place has everything I need in one convenient location. The best deals around and very professional and friendly owners. I really like my new gel seat it's super comfortable!

We’ve bought 4 bikes from them and the service has been amazing. We send all of our friends and family to see them as well. We moved down to the peninsula and we still will keep them as our bike shop. Great family, great knowledge and skill. Treat them with respect and patience and they will do the same. Any 1 star review I guarantee is either a very rude individual or has/had unreasonable expectations. Trust me when I say this shop is not the problem. Just be a decent human and they will take very good care of you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Professionally run local shop with everything you need. I live way out in Dutch Harbor and the crew at Alaska Bicycle Center, especially the owner, provided the BEST customer service. They helped me over the phone during my bike choice process and they were extremely helpful over the phone when I needed help putting my bike together. Additionally, they went out of their way to drive my bike to Anchorage and have it shipped to me (since Dutch Harbor has very limited freight options). I couldn't recommend them more. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Showed up at this shop on desperate measures, was on a 10 day self contained trip and one of our riders did a header and had some bike damage. These guys took care of us right away, recommended a great restaurant to eat at while we waited, and did an awesome job of fixing the damaged bike at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop, guys are very knowledgeable and their gear is top notch!

Bought my wife’s mountain bike here. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The owners son knows anything and everything about bikes. Selection is great as well, a lot more bikes than the bike stores in Anchorage.

So helpful and very friendly! Man do they know bikes! I didn’t catch his name but the owners kid is adorable and so helpful. He sized both me and my husband and got us into some great mountain bikes. They were out of the one I wanted but they made it happen and I’m getting my new bike on Tuesday! Thanks guys!

They are extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. The gentleman who helped us pick out our seats didn't try to push the most expensive seat he could, he honestly gave us a recommendation based upon our experience as riders and what he thought would be the most comfortable. We will definitely be coming back for our cycling needs!

Richard is AMAZING!!!! What a wonderful shop and owner! Fixed my bike after Palmer Bike and Ski shop charged an arm and a leg and broke it more. Really felt like my happiness mattered to this man and wow am I ecstatic my bike rides better than when it was brand new. Only place I will ever go for anything bike related. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They fixed up an old Flyer bike for me and now it rides like a dream! They have a fantastic selection: road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, etc.
