FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center - Wasilla

Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center Wasilla has provided outstanding service with my rehab. Jean and Rilee have been my therapist’s they are very personable and great at their job. Also a shout out to Ms. Theresa she always greats the patients with a smile.

Fyzical is our go-to choice for therapy. I can't thank the staff enough for helping my son achieve his therapy goals. The environment is comfortable and friendly. I highly recommend Fyzical!

Danielle Schmaltz is is licensed physical and occupational therapist with FYZICAL Therapy and Balance; she goes above a beyond! She is knowledgeable and hungry to help you find answers. Dannielle, is very personable and makes sure to treat each of her clients’ as individuals. Along with such a highly rated PT/OT therapist, the whole team is welcoming and friendly. In my experience, everyone is very knowledgeable on billing/insurance companies, which I have found the biggest headache for health care services.
The facility itself is clean, well put together and FULL of resources to give you the best care possible!

This is the best physical therapy center in the valley! Unfortunately my body is falling apart and I've seen these therapist almost continually since October of 2016. The therapist are second to none! I will go out of my way for excellent customer service and these guys have some of the best I've ever seen! You won't go wrong by have these guys helping you to get back to the best you!

My experience has been really positive! I’ve been here 3 times (different reasons) and the results the first 2 times were excellent. This time around, I’m only a few weeks in, but it’s going well so far. My therapists were/are professional, but also made me feel comfortable. Aside from the therapy, they’ve worked miracles around my availability to make my sessions fit my schedule. Everyone is friendly and personable! I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

My son bruce was seen by hannah and he started with her when he was 3 months old for torticolis and a left side weaknes and he just graduated at 10 months old. She was so patient and friendly. She treated us like family. She was always excited to see him. the facility and staff were always clean and friendly . Highly recommend hannah and this place ❤

Excellent service AND care! They are professionally personable and show, through their words AND actions, that they care about your wellbeing. They take the time to get to know you and approach their care for you on a course that balances out them pushing you to your limits in what you should do and can do. They celebrate your successes and encourage you during the “rough and hard” times.

I have had 12 surgeries in my lifetime, all requiring physical therapy afterwards and I can TRUTHFULLY say I have never received better care and instruction than I have from FYZICAL!

I have been going to FYZICAL off an on for over a year now for multiple injury/post surgery rehabs (I am a professional klutz and the ice is not my friend)
The team at FYZICAL has been nothing short of amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They have walked me through every step of my rehab and care plan. Answered my endless questions and helped me manage my expectations when I would get frustrated with my progress. I can’t recommend this clinic more!

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center (Health Quest) in Wasilla has the best physical therapists (Hannah Krause, Ali Johnston (current student), Rilee Sullivan, Danielle Ray, and Patrick Minder… just to name a few). However; all of the therapists and staff are very compassionate, skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I would highly recommend them all for your therapy needs. Great place and worth coming too

Dr.Nicki at OCA sent me to H.Q.T. for 6wks on T&Th. I saw a very knowledgeable and kind Therapist who had me work on my fine motor skills, by using heat & massage first then working my wrist with squeezing clay & picking out beans, followed by many other exercises. It was a one therapist to one patient basis. You are not assigned to any one Therapist. They switch the Therapists around to spread their knowledge and keep detailed notes in the computer for the next Therapist.I love going. It really helps. The place is nice and clean. Before you begin they have you scrub up to help keep it that way.

The staff is through with physical therapy needs. I enjoy coming here and the staff treats you like family!

Health Quest Therapy saved my mobility. Therapy is what one makes it and not only the responsibility of the therapist. The treatments I received saved my life. It took dedication on my part. It worked.

They treated me through my shoulder surgery and I now have full range of motion. I love the team and the atmosphere.

I am on my 3rd time here for different reasons and so far I have improved every time. The people are professional, personable and courteous.
