Predictably good every single time. We've tried all the other Chinese restaurants in town, nobody comes close to theirs!

Fresh and delicious food! When I walked in the woman was making fresh wontons! The son was adorable and read me stories from a book while I waited for my order. Of course I ordered the mixed egg drop and wonton soup. I also had the Singapore Mei Fun noodles, King Pao chicken, and steamed dumplings. The food was excellent. They definitely have a regular customer in me!

I love their food! Shrimp fried rice. Sweet and sour chicken, Crab Rangoon and wonton soup that I ordered today. All was perfectly delicious! I also think their prices are average but you get a lot. What purchased today fed 4 adults for $35. Of course it all depends on what and how much you buy, but for price, quality and quantity this place is my favorite in Inverness AND all of Citrus County

The General Tso's is fantastic, my daughter loves the egg drop soup and pork fried rice.

We love this Chinese take out place. Food is always fresh, tastes good, and they are friendly. We have never had bad food from here and have been ordering for over a year.

I absolutely LOVE first taste, they always make sure I have everything I requested. The owner lady is the sweetest person ive ever met, she makes me feel so welcome. I always get the orange chicken and fried rice whether its the lunch special, or the combo meal and I NEVER have a complaint. The pork fried rice has so much flavor and the orange chicken sauce is so tasty. Everytime I want chinese food, i believe I just want first taste and that's where I will go. They have a large assortment of canned soda for only a dollar and bottle drinks as well, the proportions are also perfect.

Always great food. This is our local go-to for Chinese food.

This is a very small restaurant that caters to take out mostly. The food is good. The portions are ample. The prices are in line with what you get. We've tried this place twice now and both times the food was quite good.

This is the place to go for spicy Chinese food. Their H10. Hot & Spicy Shrimp is absolutely killer so darn good. Mix that with the shrimp fried rice and yummy!!

In my opinion, this is the best place to get Chinese food in Citrus county, no contest. Their cashew chicken (#18 on the menu) is probably the single-best version I've ever eaten of that standard dish. Not only is the food delicious, it's consistently amazing every single time. Those are the two hallmarks of a good eatery for me, so First Taste gets every bit of FIVE STARS.

Finally found a good Chinese restaurant in Citrus County.
The food is great and so is the service. Everything we ordered was cooked exactly how we like it.
Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

Love this place!! Only Chinese food that taste like up north!!! The people who are working there are also nice an once you get to know them when you call your order in then tell you what you want that's how good they are!!! I give them 9 out of 10.only do to it's a take out instead of a restaurant.

Favorite Chinese place in town. Egg rolls are to die for. Always hot, fresh, and delicious. Not crazy about their crab Ragoon recipe but that's okay. Very tasty, been coming here for years.

This is the best place in Citrus County to get Chinese Food. they prepare it right there in front of you if you go in and order.. my Family and I love this place. we always order from here. give it a try you wont be disappointed... The only thing they need to do is put up a web site with an online menu and prices.

I think the food was the best Chinese take out that we've had in a while in the area. We called it in and food was hot and ready and very tasty. The sauce packets were readily available at the counter.

Quite possibly the best Chinese food I've ever. They are always pretty busy which means the food is always fresh. Since discovering this restaurant I order from here at least once or twice a week.
