We had no intentions of buying a truck yesterday. Never got to look at the other 2 at different places. Kathy was SO helpful to me. I was taking my 2020 dodge journey to be fixed before my warranty expired. Kathy approached me and just asked if I've ever thought of trading it in....which I had been thinking about for months. I told her exactly what I need and want in a vehicle and not even 10 mins later, we were test driving a used 2019 Jeep cherokee. At first, I can't lie, I was skeptical because it is an older car with more miles than the car I came in with, however, Kathy explained a few things to me that (as a parent to 2 little ones) made a lot of sense. All in all, I'm very happy I traded in my journey, it was already not performing well and it was only right at 3 years old with 33k miles on it. I highly recommend Kathy, she doesn't sugar coat and pays great attention to detail, plus she loved on my kids so, she's amazing ❤

We had the best experience this past Saturday. My husband & I decided last minute that we wanted to trade in both of our vehicles. We went in about an hour and a half before closing and met with Alexis. FANTASTIC. Between her & Jeff they made the whole experience painless. Usually you sit in dealerships for hours and never know what’s going on. Now don’t get me wrong it was a long process but by the end my husband & I both walked out extremely happy with the decisions we made and with who serviced us. Chris and the Plaza team were considerate and sincere. We ran into one misunderstanding that Chris troubleshot patiently and thoroughly. The team put up with our two young boys running around causing havoc for a few hours and even treated them to fresh pizza before we left. This is our second Jeep purchased there. Christina finch is excellent & helped make the sales purchase smoothly & answered all our concerns. Highly recommend.
