I had a good experience, got very good pricing and discounts! The selection of furniture was excellent and readily accessible and available! The lady who worked with me was very energetic and seemed very knowledgeable and eager to make sure that I was satisfied with my selection of Funishings for a complete household of Living Room, Bedroom and Kitchen furniture! I plan to go back to complete my household items! Actually, the final price was far less then I had expected! I did not purchase cheap items that would only last for a couple years and need to be replaced! Yes, I would definitely recommend, Bailey's!

I purchased several pieces of furniture from the Bailey’s store in Wasilla. The staff went above and beyond in assisting me. The sales person, Sharon, was fantastic! I was about $1,000 under budget and the pieces of furniture are high-quality and will last longer than a few years. I highly recommend Bailey’s, especially the store in Wasilla , fantastic group of people!

The service was great. We didn’t encounter any pushy sales people. But what we did encounter was friendly sales people who were happy to help if we had questions. Of course we had a few questions & they we easily answered by knowledgeable staff. Nice , relaxed atmosphere and we weren’t followed around which is fantastic because we were able to check out everything and make a decision together without having someone hovering over all our conversation! I was offered excellent service! Bernadine’s enthusiasm was refreshing making the experience enjoyable. She was super helpful and had an eye for exactly what I was looking for😄 Additionally, she gave me adequate space to discuss options with my husband and the kids. Actually affordable furniture! Imagine that! They don't ask $2000 for a simple recliner. You can do really well here. Nice staff too. They tried to push financing on me a little much and I think I hurt the guy's feelings. But... Stop pedaling predatorial loans.

My sales lady was very helpful, patient, insightful in helping me make decision on what I wanted, and went the extra mile to make sure I walk out getting my mattress that day. She was kind and friendly as well....I was very pleased and relaxed with her....thank you! 😊

I have furnished my 2000+ sq ft home, at least 75% of it, with Bailey’s items. Customer service is priority with me, there are too many places you can choose if you are not treated with excellence the moment you walk in the door. Bailey’s has always made us feel like valued customers and a priority no matter how busy they are. The furniture we’ve gotten has lasted for years and is still in excellent condition. We all know you get what you pay for, that’s what I love about Bailey’s, they have items to fit all budgets. I’ve paid top dollar, but still very reasonable, for big items I want to last. I’ve also paid very little for other item that are not used much, in a guest room, my sewing room, etc. They have an awesome selection of so much no matter your taste. If you hadn’t already figured it out, I highly recommend them, lol! I had one issue, called them and it was taken care of the next day. You simply can’t go wrong with Bailey’s. I can’t wait for my next yearly visit! They also have many payment options, no credit, great credit, 3 months same as cash, or 12 months with interest. Go see them, you won’t regret it!

The sales associate in Wasilla yesterday made our entire visit a wonderful one. We were so impressed with Beau and how he Greeted us each time we came in and answered all the questions we had without pressuring us in anyway. He was extremely gracious, humble, helpful, honest and knowledgeable about all the pieces we selected. My husband was so impressed with Beau as a person and not just a sales associate of Bailey’s. He is excellent at making us feel like we are special customers and we plan to go to Beau for all of our furniture AND home furnishing needs. I already have plans to purchase items for my office, and formal living room from Beau. Thank You to Beau for his fantastic customer service skills. Bailey’s is very lucky to have Beau represent them.

Going in to the show room at Bailey’s on multiple occasions very unsure of what I wanted for a couch in my basement, Crystal Kumpula was extremely patient with me. She took a lot of time helping me choose just the right piece of furniture and made many more suggestions as to what would complement my Furniture in the future.
My couch came in to the warehouse and available for pick up 3 days sooner than expected. The staff at the warehouse was equally friendly and helpful when I arrived to pick it up. I just couldn’t be happier with my NO PRESSURE experience at Bailey’s.
I look forward to going back. I’m hopeful Crystal will still be at the show room. Everyone was amazing and so very friendly. It felt like I was amongst friends.

I called to ask questions about an adjustable bed for my elderly friend and I must have called back 10 times before I finally stopped thinking of stuff to ask, all the staff was so patient and kind to me every time I called with a new question or concern! The in store experience was absolutely fantastic, he went through the functions and all the details about the frame with me and was very helpful! The warehouse crew did a wonderful job loading it as well! All around a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back in the future!

We found what we were looking for online, went to the store and were greeted by Ashley Dade, who was friendly, helpful and took us to view options. No pressure sales, she just showed us what was available and left us to browse and decide. Once we made our choice she quickly worked up a quote and made the sale simple and easy. We purchased one item of1 the floor and she had he crew wrap it up for us and we had it loaded and home in short order. Love my new worn sofa sleeper.

We came from out of the area to purchase two recliners from Bailey’s in Wasilla. I was looking for a matching pair. Damon made several calls to the warehouse in Anchorage but we were not able to wait. Damon sold us two that were on the floor. We appreciated his help his help and his patience.

The staff at Bailey's Furniture are, in my opinion the most helpful, polite, and accommodating group of individuals a serious buyer could expect from a Furniture retailer. I have bought multiple living room sets from them and will, in the future directly source them for my next future purchase. Five star service with a Five star showroom and five star staff. Bailey's Furniture makes it easy.

The crew at Baileys furniture store are very friendly, they let you look around the shop on your own they check in on you t make sure you are doing well and finding everything. They make you laugh and feel very welcome. I suggest you go visit them.

Awesome service in the store and warehouse. Sales rep was very knowledgeable, guys in the warehouse walked me through assembly, and how to connect the power, then re-boxed my furniture and loaded it on my trailer. Great experience, will definitely use Baileys again.
