Tanner Construction Group

I used Tanner Construction for a bedroom addition to our home. I was very pleased to get a quote from the owner of the company himself and not just another worker. Chris was professional and helped us realize our dream and more. With his guidance i was able to budget in an amazing back patio/kitchen. I revived almost daily updates from our manager, Nick, and site visits from the supervsiors throughout the project as well. This was a challenging addition due to its heights and nuanced attachments to the existing house but any obstacle was met with a safe and quick solution. We are very pleased with the results and are already planning a primary bath and kitchen reno next year.

Tanner Construction transformed our home exterior by repairing siding and areas of dry rot in addition to a beautiful paint job. The house looks incredible, and they were prompt with getting quotes and communicative about scheduling and throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Tanner Construction enclosed a screen porch to create a four seasons room. I felt they listened to me, met my costs requirements, and if anything was done incorrectly, they immediately took care of it. The project manager, Clay, was very attentive and explained every step that was being taken.

Chris Tanner is a man of his word. We just completed a complete remodel of a house built in 1959. Chris and his team took care of everything from electrical, plumbing, windows, AC, Water heater, all new bathrooms, roof, etc. Our 1959 house is brand new from top to bottom
and Chris made sure that we were 100% happy with every detail. I highly recommend Chris Tanner and Tanner Construction group for any project you would like to have done. Shawn Batey was an amazing person to work with! He drove all the way down to Tampa to pick up my family and I to bring us back to our condo. He did an amazing remodelling job as well in my bathroom, drywall repairs throughout my unit, and many other little fixes as well. Shawn is always on time and does very high quality work. I would recommend Tanner Construction to anyone who wants great work done!

We hired Tanner Construction to renovate our 1950s ranch home and we could not be more pleased. They listened to our ideas and were able to translate our dreams into reality. They responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. The quality of the work was excellent and exceeded all our expectations. Chris Tanner and his team were truly wonderful to work with. Our home has been totally renovated and updated and we now have a home we are proud to share with friends and family.

Tanner Construction did an AMAZING job on our deck remodel. We initially used a different company to start the deck project (BIG MISTAKE...the other company lied about permits being pulled and in general did a really shoddy job and left us with an incomplete, structurally unsound deck). Enter Tanner Construction...Chris came out and evaluated our partially complete deck and told us he could make it right. From the get go, it was a completely different experience. Our dedicated project manager, Zack, was always friendly, up front and kept in communication through out all stages of the project. The entire work crew was polite, efficient, and did a great job tackling our unique situation. I was never once meant to feel as if I was a bother or distraction when I had questions or spotted a small issue. Any time I had concerns or wanted something changed it was addressed right away (the few times anything came up it was a very minor correction). We will absolutely use Tanner Construction for future projects, both large and small and are already working with Chris to begin planning our interior renovations.

I was so happy with the results of my first renovation project that I decided to work with Tanner Construction Group again for my most recent master bathroom renovation. The outcome was again great! Chris Tanner is personable and most importantly fair and the Project Manager Jason is hardworking and does whatever he can to make sure the job gets done right and quickly. I definitely plan on using them again in the near future for my other home renovation needs!

Tanner Construction Group is honestly the best choice for your building/remodeling needs. They are very capable and professional, respected in the industry, but personal and caring. From Mr Tanner, every employee, to every subcontractor, to the merchants they work with. All are knowledgeable and friendly while timely and thorough. We would recommend them for any need. Tanner Construction Group has performed several large projects for me, including converting a garage into living space, and a full kitchen remodel. Chris provided very detailed estimates, and stuck to them. Project managers Jason and James were easy to reach, and communicated well. They tolerated my many questions, soothed my concerns, and accommodated my special requests to make these projects possible while myself and my animals continued to occupy the home. Both projects started on time, made efficient progress, and were completed without any major unexpected expenses or delays. Most importantly, I love the final products! Will absolutely use them again in the future for any other projects.

Chris and his Team at Tanner Construction did an amazing job on a bathroom build out and doing the finishing work on our tiny house. Everything came in on time, on budget, and no surprises. On top of the great service, you won’t get to work with a nicer group of people, everyone cares and it really shows in the communication and the finished product!

I had a time frame when I needed this project completed and they finished it 4 days earlier. I am currently under contract with Tanner Construction for a back porch enclosure. My project is in process and construction yet to begin due to COVID, but I have only great things to say about Tanner Construction. If you’re thinking of a remodel, addition, or whatever, look no further. Chris is a honest guy and a real straight shooter. He’s able to help you out and is willing to answer questions and take the time to understand a clients objectives.
I will update this review after the project is complete with more details but am looking forward to the finished product!

Update: our project is now complete. It didn’t go exactly to plan, but the important thing is that Chris was there to make it right every step of the way. I would recommend Tanner Construction to anyone looking for an honest and reliable contractor.

We are so thankful for Tanner Construction! They were absolutely professional and did a thoroughly wonderful job on our home. Our home was in sad shape with rotten wood and mold. They replaced siding on all four sides of our home, painted the outside just as we wanted it, bath and shower new tiling after finding mold from outside had creeped in, fixed our screened in back porch, installed gutters, fixed some plumbing, painted some on the inside, and more. Every employee and sub-contractor were experts and very hard working, all professional, good listeners, and very careful with our home. When we had any questions or concerns, Chris and employees responded quickly. We recommend them to everyone and would hire them again.

Tanner Construction is excellent at what they do. the whole team was professional, polite , extremely knowledgeable on time. and cleaned up every night never left a mess.They did major remolding of our home even fixed the mess a previous contractor left us. I was in the process of listing my house for sale but the 18-year-old deck was showing its age. Actually it was just about rotten and ready to fall into the pool below. Chris Tanner was undaunted by its location and rough looks and sent more than one crew to rework the deck and railings so they were sturdy and presentable. The deck was made safe and secure and the house was sold. I don’t believe that you could find a more trustworthy and capable company to take care of your construction needs.
