F45 Training Pompano Beach

F45 provides a great community to workout with. The coaches and members are very friendly. The workouts are good and easy to follow. I really enjoy the different challenges/ events the gym hosts as well. The coaches and owner care about their members and are always looking for ways to make your experience better! I also love how clean the gym is! After each class the coaches are cleaning up the floor and setting for the next class.

The team of coaches here are phenomenal. They are super friendly, know their training program well, and help you to execute it. I recently worked with Henry and Travis and I feel as though l have known them for years. They are awesome and will help you along the way while you work at your comfort level but still challenge you to put in the work. The monitors on the wall help you understand how to do the various exercises and weights as you move along to the different stations. I have had a wonderful experience so far this week and super impressed.

F45 Pompano Beach was a great experience! Coach Kelley is full of energy and enthusiasm. Location is easy to access and ample parking is available. It is in a clean and well organized facility. They have an active community with extra opportunities to get together for runs and celebrations!

F45 Pompano Beach has been the greatest experience for me. I went into F45 not knowing how to do anything but now I am able to do more than I have ever thought thanks to all the trainers help. They are some of the most amazing people I’ve met. I look up to each and every person who works and goes there. I am so happy I have F45 Pompano Beach in my life!!!!

I have been a member here for over two years now and I absolutely love it. Every coach is so motivational and the studio is clean and tidy all the time. The owner Mark along with all the coaches are always so helpful and encouraging in aiding members with their fitness goals whether it comes to speaking in person or text/emailing proper tips. Nothing can beat F45 Pompano Beach!

I have been a member of F45 Pompano, for 2 1/2 years! This is such a positive, welcoming place to work out. The owner, is so nice and he is present and involved, the gym is well run, clean, and bright. The trainers are amazing, they demonstrate the workout, correct form, motivate, and make the workouts fun. The members are friendly and welcoming to new members. I’ve had great success here, especially during the Challenges, when I’m watching what I’m eating. This is such a great gym! Join! You won’t regret it!

I’ve been a member for 3 months and love going here more after each class. The F45 concept of videos replaying the workouts continuously is super helpful - especially for beginners. The gym is always neat and clean. The coaches are a great support system. They all push you to be stronger both physically and mentally while training. Special shout-out to Coach Bryan, Alfredo, Travis, Savannah, and Meghan. Love the flexibility of the app where I can sign up for classes at my convenience. I also appreciate the guest passes as it’s nice to experience the class with friends and family. I wholeheartedly recommend the F45 gym in general, but especially the pompano location!

My husband and I started going here last year. As of this date we both have lost about 45lbs together. The workouts are fun, and the environment is friendly. There’s a different workout everyday. And the class schedules are flexible. You’re in and out in just 45 minutes a day! We have so much fun, we don’t even realize that we’re working out until we start sweating!! And as long as you’re consistent the weight comes off naturally. I’m so glad we found this place it has changed our lives for the better! 🤗🎉 F45Pomanobeach Rocks!

I love this gym, people who work out with me are great, trainers who work there are great! I enjoy my workout there with great exercise designed and inspiring music. It also very clean and bright. The management offers us a lot of different things such as workshops and challenges to keep workout more interesting.

F45 Pompano Beach is such a great experience. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The gym is clean and welcoming. With the help of the coaches I am able to continue on my health journey of losing weight and body fat and gaining the muscle I want. Highly recommend!!

I love working out at f45 Pompano Beach. Every time I vacation in Pompano, this is where I go to workout. The owner Mark and all of the trainers are phenomenal and friendly. Wow! Exactly what I needed! Retired from collegiate sports and the normal workout wasn’t motivating me to push myself beyond comfort zone. Team training! Tons of variety so I don’t get bored, moves quickly, and I get it all in in 45 min. This is the way to go! Shout outs to the amazing team of Coaches Mark, Kelley, Bryan, and Travis!!

F45 has been a refreshing change to my exercise routine. Every work out is different alternating from cardio and strength training to where I never feel bored or dreading the work out to come. If you haven’t tried F45 and are looking for something fresh to reignite that passion to go to the gym, F45 is the answer!

Spending 4 months of the winter in the Ft Lauderdale area from Boston I joined F 45 Pompano and my workouts never skipped a beat. For someone who was a stranger to the gym from the owner (always hands on) to all the coaches made my workouts very welcoming.
The training the coaches put you through is very challenging and always pushing you to achieve your goals. Always very “clean” someone in between time is cleaning, very important.
I can’t wait to get back I had a great experience and met very nice people along my journey!

I am just a few workouts shy of my 400th session at this gym and I can't think of a negative thing to say. The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts are fast paced, challenging, and always different.The workouts can be modified to accommadate injuries, age, and wherever you are in your fitness journey. It has been a wonderful experience strengthening body and mind and making many new friends!

I love doing the group workouts at F45! The coaches are making sure your doing all of your movements correctly. They always give me a modification if I need it! I really love the people and workout atmosphere. Very Welcoming!

If you’re thinking about joining a F45, it is a fun and challenging workout. Every day something different. The coaches at Pompano Beach are very knowledgeable and can quickly help motivate you or help you modify a movement if needed. They keep the energy up and make it much more fun than trying to keep yourself inspired on your own. The community of people that go there are friendly and encouraging as well. Try it with a friend or on your own, you’ll be glad you did when you see fantastic results.

We came across f45 Pompano beach while looking for gyms for our 2-week vacation down here. We walked in and couldn’t have been met with a more welcoming intro from coach Bryan and Madison. They were more than accommodating helping us work out the best package to get the most out of our two weeks.

We have been pretty much everyday and the energy and workouts are just excellent. Exactly what you need to get you out of bed in the morning and the coaches are absolutely wonderful! Thanks to all of them for being so welcoming and such awesome people!
