Dr. Raymond Leveillee, M.D.

It is a privilege to write this review for Dr. Leveillee and his INCREDIBLE staff. As a professional in the medical field, I often get to experience situations viewing from an "inner lens". Dr. Leveillee treated my husband and myself as if he had known us our whole lives at the most critical time in our lives. Going pretty much immediately from diagnosis to surgery, my husband and I were faced with so much uncertainty and insecurity, all of which were reversed by the collective efforts of Dr. Leveillee and his staff. Dr. Leveillee and his team walked us through every anticipation and held our hands through until stable recovery; thus going way above and beyond what we ever expected. Dr. Leveillee's skills speak for themselves, but more importantly his heart-felt concern and emotional care for both of us is the distinguishing factor that makes him superior to others. If it were not for the attention of PA Deborah and PA Kelsey, our anxieties would surely have gotten the best of us. They treated both of us as their patients and stood by us every step of the way. Special and deep appreciation for Tina must be mentioned here as if it were not for her genuine interest and full commitment to our family, my husband would not have been able to enjoy both of our childrens' graduations having been riddled with worry. While Tina is obviously competent at her clinical responsibilities, her recognition of what our specific family required truly brought the crisis to completion, and she remains our angel. We are forever indebted to the hard and soft skills held by Dr. Leveillee and his entire staff which reflect the high values of his office. Our gratitude knows no limits to you all. We encourage anyone to embrace their expertise, generosity, and unending support. Brilliant organization!

I have had two kidney surgeries from Dr Leveille. The first was the left kidney on Dec26th and the right kidney was completed on January 6.
This surgeon is outstanding! The way he explained the problem with my kidney was in layman’s terms. He did not flaunt his education. Very down to earth.
He never said cancer! Once the testing was complete he confirmed I had cancer. He didn’t scare me. As a matter of a fact he was extremely positive about the results!
His medical team especially Deb is above reproach.
I had minimal scarring and minimal blood loss because of the robotic surgery.
My surgery was at Bethesda East. The nursing staff was incredibly caring and friendly. Ashley, Cindy Diana and Andrew treated me with th utmost professionalism.
My stay for the first surgery was only 36 hours. My recovery included 6 total pain pills.
My second surgery was more evasive and required a 48 hour stay.
Dr Leveille is a true professional and I instantly trusted him to take care of me. Thank you for the awesome care Dr Leveille! I feel like you were my private care doc!

Dr. Leveillee is a great doctor. He operated on both my father and wife. Our family is grateful for this wonderful doctor! The wait for him is absolutely worth it. I recommend waiting any number of hours in the waiting room. You will not regret it.

Doctor Raymond Leveillee saved my life, He is the best best urologist ever he was at a different location very close to me, he relocated 2 1/2 hours from me I will not stop going to him even if its that far I had kidney cancer and he took a tumor out of my kidney something no other doctor wanted to do. I will be forever grateful ... and I love going to see him..... Thank you Doctor Leveillee for all you do to safe lives. If I could give less then a 0 I would! Today I had a appointment at 9:45 with doctor Raymond LEVEILLEE and waited until 11:45 in the waiting room before they took me back then it took 20 minutes for a nurse to come in which she was very nice and then I told her I had to leave by 1pm the time was 12:08 and I live in Fort Pierce and have kids in school, so then doctor Raymond came in and said no one is holding you, you can leave here's your paperwork and kick me out of his office. He is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen in my 43 years of life. He needs his license revoked!!!

Dr. Leveillee is a great doctor, his front office staff on the other hand is the WORST. I had a Foley catheter inserted last night at the Bethesda Emergency room and upon discharge was told to follow up today with Dr. Leveille, which I am a past patient of. Upon arriving this morning I was told the next available appointment was at the end of January. When I showed the girl the discharge instructions stating to follow up with the doctor this morning she said the hospital does not tell them how to run their office even though the doctor has a contract with Bethesda. I wish he could find better front office personnel. I remember them being rude on my past appointments. I’m in the process of finding a new urologist.

This place is horrible. Almost a scam. Bethesda refuses to do surgeries and refers you to this place. They don't inform you of anything. I don't know how this is legal.

Three weeks after getting referred to this place I call to make sure the date of my appointment and time. Lady on the phone tells me she never confirmed it and asks if I’d like to now. This lady working the front desk is highly unprofessional and should be fired her attitude and tone of voice was unreasonably unacceptable

Dr. Leveillee is amazing and if it weren’t for his staff (particularly Stephanie) I would continue to go to him. They are rude and condescending. They shut you down before you even begin to speak. I had surgery on the 25th of August and was supposed to have someone from the office call me to schedule my stitches to be removed. After not hearing from anyone in over a week, I called and asked if I could make an appointment. Unbeknownst to me, they had already made an appointment for me but forgot to call and let me know. I explained to her that I was not able to make the appt they made for me because of an appt I had for my child which took me 8 months to get. She couldn’t be bothered with me and responded, “ok, next available is on September 23rd. We’ll see you then!” Ummm, lady, are you kidding me? I have stitches that I’ve been walking around with for way too long and need to be removed. “Sorry, you had an appointment and are failing to meet that time!” I am beside myself and have cried for 3 days now looking for someone who can remove my stitches. It’s no longer patient care or HEALTHCARE… it’s HealthIDon’tGiveASh*tAboutYourCare

After waiting 3 months for a consultation, had surgery scheduled for 2 more months after. A month before my surgery I get a call that surgery was canceled. No explanation, no referral to other doctors, nothing. Horrible
