Truly one of the best storage places I have ever worked with. Staff is always friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions or concerns. 24 hour surveillance, ac units as well as outdoor. They have all equipment available for you to unload your vehicle and even locks for sale that aren’t over priced. They are always doing promos and truly have the best deals in town. Storage unit doors are not short 4’ where you are struggling to get your items into storage. High key recommend for all your storage needs.

Great facility Great people who run and own it. Decent hours and 24 hours outside storage. Sometimes they have really good move in deals to check into.

Everything with the move was smooth. They helped us set everything with no problem and even helped us get a bigger storage when our stuff didn’t fit in our first option. Great location

Burt was very helpful and got us the exact size unit we needed for a fraction of the price of other leading companies. I looked around days and was blessed to come across this place. I love the fact that their COVID face mask law is strongly in-forced. They have cameras everywhere making sure that our units are watched at all times. And to make it better when I put the unit lock on the door I open the door and noticed that it had been sanitized deodorized and had been even sprayed for any type of insect for our safety. Thank you for having such a nice staff and clean property plantation xtra storage your the best!!!!

I've had several storage units through the years. Plantation Xtra Storage is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most affordable. The staff make you feel important and at home.

I looked at many storage facilities in Sunrise before deciding upon Plantation Xtra Storage. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The facility is in a nice, quiet area. It is safe, well-managed and has several size lockers. Prices are very affordable and if you pay in advance, you get free days. But the most important part of the service are the people. Bill and Sam go out of their way to help you - and always have a listening ear if you have challenges. They offer good suggestions and advice and are just very lovely. Thank you Bill and Sam for going the extra mile!!

I never thought I would write a review for self storage! However Sam and Bill are the most customer service oriented managers! Beyond that, they are kind and sensitive to customers.

I'm new in the area and needing to rent a storage unit can be an emotional experience depending on one's circumstances.

Saoud "Sam" Osman was very professional, friendly, and explained everything perfectly. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage space in Plantation and environs.

The only negative is the customer service from the other manager ( Older gentleman, I believe his name is Bill). Could work on being a bit more patient and customer oriented. Was a bit rude the couple times I had to get stuff out of my unit.

Great place to store things, many sizes and great prices. The place is very clean and the staff, the manager, after talking with him, knows his storage and the assistant, also great, very helpful and cheerful. A real nice place to safely store your property.

I just moved in and so Far i am loving the staff. They are really nice and i was having issues putting up a box while packing up the storage ofc, and the guy that up keep with the property came and helped us with couple boxes. that's customer service !

Even through my difficulties in setting everything up, William was very helpful in registering me with a storage unit and answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and made the move I had to make was easy. The size unit that William advised was the EXACT fit I needed!

Had many storages in last 3 years and spent $ 27000 for holding $10000 worth furniture 😃😃 as they all raise prices every 3_6 months and tripled many places , from $69x $179 and $220 to $440 and plantation extra never show any greedy price grabbing ,as others , thanks for being honest ,

These people are salt of the earth! Ive had 3 different units over 4 years with them and I cannot say enough good things about them.

I was able to reserve my unit online. Came in on a Sunday afternoon to very friendly customer service person named Jim. He was able to rent me the appropriately sized unit at a great price!

Outside units are perfect sized. Gate always works well. Staff is always willing to help and units are fairly priced.

Unit was kept pretty clean/bug free. Hours are very reasonable for accessibility and Michael at the front is pleasant to communicate with.
