Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. I dealt with Joshua, the shop manager, and he was patient, gave me several options for our repair (we were paying out of pocket) and worked us into his busy schedule, and the work came out fantastic. I cannot recommend this shop any more highly! Do yourself a favor and support a locally owned High Springs/Alachua business if you need autobody repairs vs. driving to Gainesville for a "corporate" body shop. Thanks guys!

John is AMAZING! I got into an accident (which was not my fault) back in November and he took care of EVERYTHING! From dealing with the insurance rep and making sure everything was covered! He is so professional, caring, sweet, & above all AMAZING! I would recommend ANYONE to get their car worked out at his place of business! I had the biggest smile when I picked up my car! This place did a great job repairing my vehicle. I live 800 miles from the shop and had an accident while on vacation. They could have easily done a shoddy job knowing I wasn't local, but after having my car shipped it returned to me in great condition. The only negative I have is that it took exactly one month for the completion of the job, but I give them the benefit of it being over the holidays. Josh and the rest of the crew did great work. Great place to take any vehicle to for body work. They do not waste any time and are very thorough. We dropped my daughters vehicle off late one evening, when they were closed and left a note, they called us the next morning with an estimate. They worked with our insurance company to take the stress off of us. Highly recommend. Thanks!

We were recently involved in a rear end collision in Alachua Florida— our 2020 Chevy Malibu was rear ended— Quite a bit of internal damage done to the trunk area—-we have used John’s Auto Body for service in the past and have been very pleased with their service and this is the only place we even consider now— I highly recommend this business for service. Hurricane Irma shattered 4 of our windows and while we were driving the collision wrap came off. We stopped in to see if they could help fix it long enough for us to get back to Atlanta and they gladly helped us out free of charge.

This was a terrific experience! They got me in fast, completed the work fast and beautiful job, and they charged me less than half what they quoted - honestly, they made my day!
