Kaylyn was no less than exceptional. I drove thru Monday after noon and spotted a vehicle that caught my eye. Wednesday I returned to test drive it…..it was nowhere in sight!! Kaylyn got me in a similar vehicle to drive. It was nice but not the same as what I really wanted. The original vehicle was moved to another dealer for some else to look at. Kaylyn drove that vehicle back to Ripon texted me and set up a road test!! Kaylyn was was not only helpful but super knowledgeable. She spent the time after the sale to make sure my phone was connected and I had a good handle on all the new features. Best experience at a dealership hands down. We made the hour plus trek over to Homan because they had the vehicle (Maverick) we wanted to see before we bought. Corey Dillenberg was so helpful and patient with our questions, it felt right for us to order through Homan knowing it would be a wait until delivery, almost 1 1/2 years later! Corey was always helpful to keep us informed, reordering the vehicle when Ford required him to, and otherwise handling the whole process extremely well. It was worth the drive, and we love our new vehicle!

My wife and I had been looking for a nice, reliable SUV or van that we were going to put our wheelchair platform on to make it easier for my wife to get around and out of the house.Had been looking for awhile..saw Chrysler Town and Country in ad on internet.Price was MORE than fair.. super clean inside and out..low miles.. PLUS a wheelchair lift!! No rust.. took it to my mechanic..he was VERY impressed.. said BUY IT quick!! Salesperson Ann was VERY nice and helpful..her and Randy bent over backwards to put us in this van!!
