I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new-to-me 2019 Ford Flex at Homan Auto Group in Ripon, WI. I love the Ford Flex vehicle and was looking for one with very low mileage and found a beautiful Ford Flex at Homan. I worked with Kaylyn and she was awesome! She had the vehicle all ready for me to test drive when I arrived and made everything pertaining to the sale straight forward and easy. When I picked up my “new” Flex, Kaylyn helped sync everything to my phone and Ford account and explained all the features so I was comfortable driving it right from the start. We drove 855 miles from western NC to get our 2014 Mustang GT. They gave us a fair price for our trade and we were on our way in no time. Mike Davis was so nice to work with on the phone before our departure, and of course in person as well. Every person we met at Homan Ford was cordial and treated us right. The title was sent quickly. It was worth the drive to get the car we wanted. Top marks from us.

Homan has a good selection of new and used vehicles and the employees are very welcoming. Corey Dillenberg is the salesman that I recommend to anyone I know. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. He treats you like family and is willing to help you with any issues or answer any questions whether your vehicle is just in for service or you are shopping for a new one.

If I could give them 10+ stars I would! Went in expressing my concerns with my previous dealership. Paul, salesmen, said “we’ll get this figured out!” By golly they did. The service people were amazing! Letting me know everything they did on my vehicle and repaired! Customer service is top notch! Mechanics are top tier! Will recommend anyone to Homans in Ripon! Will definitely buy my next vehicle there no doubt!

Everyone here is extremely friendly and always ready to help you out in the best way possible! For context I’m a college student and don’t have credit so I had a co-signer and they still made sure to give me the best rates possible! I will continuously go back to them! Great dealership. I bought a truck from them back in July. I live in Texas, but they arranged the transport and made the whole transaction easy. Mike was awesome. Second part to the story is where it gets interesting they gave me good trade in for my old Super Duty. Well, right before my new truck was delivered (and they took my trade) the engine dropped a valve. They said go ahead and send it anyways and we’d figure it out later. At that point I got in contact with Rob (who is one of the owners I believe). Once we discovered the severity of the damage he got me a quote of what it was going to cost to fix. Dealers I’ve dealt with in the past I’m sure would try to charge an arm and a leg, but not them. They charged at cost on repairs. Fantastic customer service, trustworthy, and professional (that’s a lot harder to find from a dealer nowadays). I hope to do more business with them in the future (if they want to deal with me again lol)!

Communication is key at Homan Ford in Ripon! They were clear and thorough. They were even courteous enough to make sure I was comfortable with their loaner vehicle.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from many states away. Ultimately, I did not purchase due to shipping distance & the fees associated but….The customer service I received from this dealership was superb. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. Its not everyday you buy a car over a long distance but they managed to make the process feel pretty normal and secure. 10 out of 10 I do recommend!
