Diedrich Jewelers is a beautiful store. Cynnara was so wonderful to work with. She always greets you with a smile and loves to make the customer happy. We will be back for sure.

Recently moved to the area and was looking to get a nice piece of jewelry for my wife. We decided upon a semi-custom diamond band and our sales concierge Lori (shout out!!) was great. She kept us up on the timing of the ring which put our minds at ease.
The experience is wonderful. There is no heavy sales pitch or pushing to by something that day (it actually took us 3-4 visits to the store before making the decision to purchase).

My wifes wedding ring had the main diamond with the prong setting break off while she was working. Could not find it. I contacted Diedrichs Ripon location and I could not have asked for better service. They were so upfront, polite, kind, very easy to work with and very good at communication. They replaced the diamond and when I came to pick it up, the ring looked BRAND NEW! I will be going to them for future purchases and jewlery. Thank you very much!!!

Best place to buy jewelry. I always get a great price. And the sales reps are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my jewelry. I have to drive a little bit further because they are no longer in Berlin Wisconsin but it is definitely worth it to see Amy and Ann. You can purchase both costume and more expensive jewelry there. I recommend them to everyone. You don't have to spend a fortune to get a great peice of Quality Jewelry!

Amazing Redesign! Pieces given to me by my husband before we were married. Necklace, ring and bracelet that I haven't worn in a long time. All combined in a beautiful one of a kind bracelet. Will be wearing it now. 27 years and counting❤

Wonderful personnel to work with, definitely there to please! Helpful, creative, diligent and timely. My jewelry was handled with care... plus the added fact that I was able to get in-store credit when I sold some broken gold jewelry and other gold I didn’t want. Walked in to have my wife's wedding ring repaired. We started talking and they told me they could clean my wedding ring while I waited. It looks awesome. I couldn't believe they got it to look that new again. Super friendly and treated us very well. Highly recommend them.
