Shane (plumbing tech) did an excellent and efficient job of isolating a very small leak, which was somewhere in an underground supply line. Very friendly and professional.
Mike subsequently came out to further investigate, and found it was actually a loose band around a PVC pipe that just needed tightening—problem solved. Mike was super knowledgeable with decades of experience, and also very friendly and professional.

I was alerted by text of Brad’s arrival time and he arrived as expected. Although we had already received a water analysis for our new well from a local lab, Brad redid the various tests for minerals, ph and hardness to determine if any of the results had changed; they had. He discussed the available options for proper filtration and we agreed the best course was to start with the necessary and then proceed from there only if further equipment and cost was warranted. I’m impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of JR Snider in responding quickly to my call and feel the company is fortunate to have Brad as its field rep.

Highly recommend you request Tommy Miller when contacting JR Snider for plumbing work. Tommy diagnosed the problem and expertly handled the repair. He walked me through every step of the process and even saved me money because he was able to make repairs without having to cut through drywall as originally expected. Hoping I don’t have anymore plumbing issues any time soon but when I have any future plumbing problems Tommy will be my first call.

Brad performed a comprehensive water test and gave us a good rundown of our water quality then gave us some balanced recommendations on systems to install. He was very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy with his help and trust the information and recommendations he gave us.

JR Snider installed a 'Water Right Impressions' series water filter system in my home on 21 February 2012. The system install included a water softener tank, a water acid neutralizer tank, a whole house water filter, installation of an 80 gallon well water pressure tank, and replacing a significant section of pipe inside the house that supplied well water to the water filter system. For the past 12 years the JR Snider installed water filter system has performed flawlessly...thank you JR Snider! And, I'd also like to give a quick 'shout-out' to Mike, not only for previous check-up/maintenance service calls, but for today's service call too...just outstanding, professional support...many thanks Mike...most appreciated...once again!

The people who scheduled my appointments were kind and accommodating. The company sent a photo of the plumber to help me feel safe. I thought that was a good idea. Josh and Cody (who was learning) came to do the plumbing. They were very polite. Josh was very good at communicating. The work was done efficiently, as well! They cleaned up, too! Thank you for fixing our leak!!

Our water looked very brownish this morning, so I called J. R. Snider for service. Wilmer was so knowledgeable and thorough. He tested the water and inspected all the well equipment. It wasn’t the problem he originally suspected, but he made sure to explain everything-showing me the real issue and making the repairs. He’s really good at his job! Clean water is so important, and I appreciate his expertise.

Really nice guy who was able to quickly identify the problem. Unfortunately, it’s a foundation issue and not a plumbing issue so he couldn’t help fix it but I appreciated the rapid response and answer for the source of the water. I’ve never had anything but stellar service with JR Snider. They’re the only ones I call!

We have had JR Snider out two times. The first time we worked with Joe and the second time we worked with Brad. In both occasions, they were absolutely phenomenal.

Both were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to give recommendations to me, the homeowner/client. This level of customer care and thoroughness is absolutely top tier.

JR Snyder Mike Slaughter was great! He was able to pinpoint the issue right away.. he was very warm person and I’m so glad I found JR Snyder! Very knowledgeable about plumbing and wells.

This past Saturday evening, my home suddenly had no water pressure making things rather interesting!!!! I called JR Snider on Saturday evening and Holly returned my call at 8am on Sunday. Right out of the gate, Holly was sympathetic to my problem, rapidly set up an appointment, and followed up with me the day of (today). This was followed up by Mike coming to my house first thing on Monday and spending more than an hour to inspect every aspect of my system to diagnose the problem. Caveat: I had another big company that you hear about via commercials all the time come out to my house on Sunday morning. Their "emergency tech" spent about 3 minutes at my house, charged me $110 for the visit and told me that I needed a new Water Tank - which they couldn't even install until 3 days later. Something didn't seem right to me about that and I wanted to check with JR Snider since they had recently and so professionally installed my water filtration system. Rather than the issue being the water tank, Mike diagnosed that the issue was my well pump. He contacted Holly right away and between them, they treated me (and my issue) as a priority. Within 10 minutes of Mike leaving, Holly reached out to tell me that she could have a crew out that day to fix the pump! Between noon and 5:30PM, 5 members of the team were onsite to square everything away. The entire team was super efficient, explained to me what they were doing and walked me through everything.

In today's market where customer service seems to be an afterthought, JR Snider was excellent, courteous, professional, and treated me and my problem like a real human. I can't recommend them enough!!!!

JR Snider has always provided us very dependable, reliable, and professional service. Ethan did a very thorough job with our annual service and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the job.

Just an initial consult, but nothing about the experience makes me angry. You wouldn't like me when a I'm angry. Lol. From the initial intake with Meagan to the pleasant consult with Mike, pure professionals. They'll be back for the install. I'll let you know how it goes.

Brad Dawdy is always super professional and very thorough. He’s been over a couple of times to my home to advise me on water softeners, drainage, sump pumps and all things plumbing and water related.
