The suit is good quality, very soft and flattering. The best part was the customer service.
I have to give a shout out to Ruthellen, she was so attentive and kind! I may not have even tried on a suit if it wasn't for her help. She was great!

Being from Chicago, it is very hard to find a great swim suit. Being familiar with Mare Blu product but, due to upgrading a website, getting something ordered was almost impossible until I called the Mare Blu Del Ray Beach store. The owners went above and beyond in customer service. Communicated by text with my issues very prompt and helpful. In the end a quick face time to show that they had what I was looking for and it was charged and shipped that day arriving in 2 days in time for my trip!
I would recommend and give my business to this store over and over! Between Marie and her husband they truly know what it takes to own a business and go above and beyond with their customer service and knowledge of their product.

I would like to respond to the negative review above. As a former employee and still current customer of Mare Blu, I can tell you that their merchandise is high quality and also fairly priced as compared to other shops on the Avenue. The swimsuits are European cut and are designed to flatter the female figure. All merchandise is always beautifully displayed and the stores are immaculate. Marie and David are two of the kindest, most reputable business owners I have met since moving to South Florida, and are certainly not deserving of such criticism. But see for yourself - stop by one of their chic boutiques. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Absolutely loved this chic women's swim boutique in downtown Delray. They carry high end pieces in the softest fabrics made in Italy. The woman who owns this location is a treat and offers great insight. I do regret not buying 1-2 more as you can't find these types of suits up north! I'll most certainly be back :)

Awesome boutique. Stopped in and bought a swimsuit and then went to lunch. While at lunch regretted that I didn't buy two, so I went back and got another color!

I find pieces there that are so unique and tasteful. Marie is a wonderful buyer and just a genuinely kind lady.

I love this store. They have great soft feminine clothes from Italy, shoes, and other accessories.

My girlfriend loves these suits. Go check them out ASAP.

I bought a bathing suit this past Wednesday for $129 and asked what the return policy was. I was told I could return within 7 days and get store credit. I went to exchange the suit and exchanged it for another suit that was $67 more. They applied the credit of $129 to the new suit and I paid the $67 difference. I went back today with the new suit because I didn't like it. I ended up giving that suit back as well and asked for store credit because I was going out of town. She has both suits now and I have paid 2 charges totaling $203.00+ and she goes to give me a store credit of only $67.00 which was what I paid extra for 2nd suit. She stood there arguing with me that that was my re-edit. I said u are not understanding. You have both the suits and I spent 203.00 (plus change) to your store and you owe me another 128.00. She refused to listen and argued with me. My husband came in to help explain to her and she argued with him. I was so upset we left and I called American Express which is the card I used for both charges. They could not believe that she couldn't understand that my store credit was supposed to be for the 2 charges that were on my Amex card. So frustrating and for her to stand there arguing with me was unacceptable. I will never go to this store again and will tell my visitors coming in not to go there as well.. she just couldn't understand the situation and argued with me. Terrible customer service!

Unethical and the worst shopping experience of my life! The day before we were to go to the Keys, my fiance determined a couple of her swimsuits were stretched out. She had to work so I volunteered to go pick a few out for her. The woman at Mare Blue there was very "used car saleswomanish". I told her why I was there and she kept telling me "don't worry honey I help all the husbands and boyfriends". She was very pushy which I tried to ignore. I purchased over $750 worth of suits for my fiance to try on. I left the store, brought them home and she determined that none of them fit. In addition, she showed me that they were of poor quality with several straps mis-stitched. No big deal so I bought them back to the store 1 hour later. The owner proceeded to tell me that she would only issue a store credit and pointed to a 8.5x11" piece of paper by the cash register which indicated no refunds. I told her that I didn't understand why she can't give me a refund. She told me that I didn't understand how boutique shopping worked. I told her that I travel all over the world and have never had this problem. Furthermore, Saks, Nieman Marcus, etc. all take returns and issue refunds.

I begrudgingly took the store credit thinking that perhaps maybe I don't understand boutique shopping. I left and went to another swimsuit boutique very nearby and met another store owner. This time I was sure to understand the new store's policy. I explained what had just happened at Mare Blu and she thought that the owner was unethical for not at least offering a refund given the fact I had brought the pieces back so quickly. She continued to disclose that I am not the first customer to have had an experience like this at Mare Blu.

Was my review not clear enough? I have re-read what I posted and I am failing to understand what more you could possibly need to know to understand what happened. Perhaps I did fail to mention that I told the woman who helped me that I was bringing the swimsuits home for my fiance to try on also? Did she honestly think that I was going to be OK with a store credit if none of them fit? If I had returned them damaged or weeks later or even the next day, I might understand. This all happened, however at 11AM on August 12th. I bought the goods at about 10 AM and tried to return them 1 hour later at which point I was informed of the no refund policy. Now we have a store credit at a store that my fiance feels sells poor quality merchandise.

This store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked the employee to help me find a swim suit for me 11 year old daughter who has a technically small frame for some advice on what to buy. To which the employee replied “you know in most families it’s the mother to help the child find a swim suit. How old is she 12? You should be helping her.” I responded “well that was rude and I didn’t appreciate that.” And then the women said “why don’t you help her?” So we left and will never be coming back.
