MyCare Medical - Drs' Stephen & Scott Silverstein DO

This practice took me under its wing when I was diagnosed with Sarcoma. This team has taken the best care of me. The staff has become family. Alexandra Munro is excellent and well Dr.
Scott, Reñe, Gabriela and entire staff just love on you. They are the best. Just be patient and kind. Nothing happens instantly but they have your back always! I love them and encourage you to check them out! I’m a real patient! Orlando

The overall care at this practice has exceeded all expectations. All of the providers are caring, compassionate, and take the time to listen to all of my concerns. I have had pleasant interactions with both Joesph Moltz and Alex Munro. Joe is my usual primary care provider and he has always taken the time to listen about my health concerns and is very timely when I call with concerns. I have also seen Alexandra on numerous occasions as a walk in visit, she is always so sweet and explains in detail what is going on with my health. They both take the time to let me ask questions and do not end the appointment until we are all on the same page. Would recommend either of these providers to my closest family members and friends.

So far so good, only had two appointments today and each one was with a different doctor. But both doctors seem more than competent. I go to the Pompano Beach branch office.

This is a very caring doctor office who puts your health care first. They check for everything concerning your health care needs. I highly recommend this office for the best health care . Had an amazing experience here. My mom is a patient. We felt like Dr. Steve explained everything in a clear, thorough, and compassionate way. We feel empowered to take on any health challenges. Joseph Moltz, PA-C, was extremely professional and personable. He is very knowledgable and suggested things to help me and guide me with all my problems. He took the time to discuss issues with me and I did not feel rushed. Highly recommend him! The front desk team is so nice and made me laugh.

Dr. Stephen and Scott Silverstein provide an absolutely amazing service to the patients and have the ability to build rapport with ease. They answer all of their patient's concerns and follow up with them regularly. If you want to find a primary care that truly cares about its patients this is the place to go.

Dr. Silverstein and his staff are incredible! They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Steve and all of the providers exhibit excellent bedside manners. I have had great experiences with the PAs; they are dedicated to their patients and truly take the time to listen to you, which is unfortunately hard to find in healthcare these days.

I had posted a review previously when they did the change to My Care Medical because it was impossible to get an appointment. In fact I went to another doctor for several months. However a few months ago I decided to try them again because I like Dr Stephen so much and the proximity to my home. He did not disappoint. In house labs, thorough, complete exams, plenty of staff. My last appointment he spent well over an hour with me. The front desk is so helpful I’m so glad I came back

This office is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Silverstein truly values his patients, from maintaining their physical health to caring about their personal life. The rest of the team and all the PAs are also fantastic. The team truly strives to provides the highest quality of care. If you are looking for a provider who truly cares about YOU as a human being, this is the practice to join!

Dr. Silverstein's office was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff provide a warm welcome and make every patient a priority. The check-in process is efficient and the staff was very professional and respectful. Each of my concerns were addressed and thoroughly explained in layman terms I could follow which allowed me to leave the office knowing that my health was in good hands. I never felt like my appointment was being rushed or that any of my concerns were being pushed under the rug. I've always received the best of care at this practice from PA Jane Auxier. Recently I forgot my blood lab orders for Quest, and the office both faxed and emailed the orders so that I could get my bloodwork done without having to make another appointment. The office is very patient-friendly.

Dr. Stephen and Dr. Scott Silverstein are fantastic practitioners. I visited Dr. Stephen and he dedicated a lot of time and care to my visit to ensure that all my lab work was reviewed carefully. He took time to explain why he was ordering what and educated me extensively. The staff is very personable and kind. I enjoyed my time at their office and highly recommend this office!

The whole office has a wonderful staff that all seem to truly care about your health. I felt like I was listened to and heard. In contrast to most Doctor's offices, the doctors and PAs here really take time to sit down and listen to your problems. Additionally, they always have available same day walk-in appointments for when I've been sick. I would highly recommend this office to anybody looking for comprehensive medical care.
