As a first time home buyer we couldn’t have been more lucky to have Hilary as our realtor. She listened to our wants, our lifestyle, and our budget and found the perfect house for us. We had a lot of questions through the process and she was always there for us. Hilary made the house buying process seamless by keeping us informed through the full closing process. The day before closing our bank requested some silly fixes that could have prolonged the closing date. However she worked with the bank and the owners realtor to resolve the issue. We closed on time which was such a stress relief because we were in a rental. Hilary will be our realtor for future investments, as well as family and friends.

Buying a home from out of state can be very taxing, especially when I have a most extensive list. Hilary worked tirelessly to find the best home for my families needs with my criteria. In addition, she saw to the needs of mandatory repairs and she negotiated extra money for repairs that the seller didn't bother to fix. Thank goodness she suggested a home warrenty, the a.c. unit had to be replaced six weeks after purchased!

Started texting Hilary Remeber on a house I was interested in. She made an appointment for viewing for the next day, drove over an hour one way to view the house... she was late. I texted her, she had forgot about the appointment she made. It was very dispointing after being a cash buyer interested in making an offer
