This is the best Clinic I Have ever attended in 59 years of my Life the Staff is Amazing. But don't take my word for it, See it for your self the Doctor's REALLY Care for there Patients, I am very please with my self for Joining this Wellmax Administration.

The staffs are very pleasant. But as far as Healthcare service I did not have such a good experience at all. When I call the phone continuously rings with no answer. Have to call several times in order to get someone to answer the phone. Messages are not being relayed to the right individual have to continuously repeat. I am a young adult and the right questions are not asked according to my specific age group. Another thing appointments are schedule only to get a call rwo days before there's an appointment. Had to cancel numerous because of another I had with another provider. Just being honest I dud not have a great experience. I would not recommend it to none of my friends or families.

The waiting experience for these clinics are outrageous. Minimum 3 - 4 hour wait to even see a doctor. My grandmother has to come here and freeze in these waiting rooms for hours before someone see’s her . I got to see it first hand not happy with customer service experience for these elderly people .

Friendly staff but their scheduling process is broken. We arrived for an 11:00 a.m. pre scheduled appointment and we were told to have a seat that it would be up to 2 hours before my mother would be seen by the neurologist.

Why schedule a timed appointment if they are not going to see patients at their pre scheduled appointment time.

Unfortunately, I have to leave this review cause I don't know what else to do. You have at best a 50/50 chance of the transportation service being reliable the day of the appointment, despite specifying the needs/circumstances to the appropriate parties. I have 2 grandparents in this clinic. They are old and have many health problems so many appointments. Even when their appointments are together for the same doc/specialist/service, there is always an issue with transportation. Missing appointments sets them back and the appointments never end. My stepmom and dad tried to call the clinic and the chauffeur multiple times this morning during the latest incident but they were constantly hung up on. When my stepmom was able to reach someone to see where she can file a complaint, of course they were unable to help.
Wellmax needs to get more organized and provide better service to their, mostly elderly, patients.

This clinic is trash, the doctor is rude for no reason and i witness him talking to a Spanish patient rudely like she was slow, in front of her own husband who’s in serious pain… when I offer to help to transport a patient to the bed, he yell at me and the wife to back off.. this man has ego and he let his degree get to him. He’s needs to be let go and find new job because how are you in the health care business but so rude and talking to people like they are slow.. he’s a urologist.. he’s very disrespectful, dont come here.

I’ve been waiting two days for a referral for my mother, no one answers the phone, no call backs only people I can reach are telemarketers. I’m going to pull my mother out of this place it’s obvious this is a cash grab. Poor customer service.

Terrible service - waiting times of more than 2 hours for appointment- they don’t have a simple scheduling app or any confirmations by email

MAL SERVICIO LOS CHOFERES NUNCA PASAN A LA HORA Y LOS DIAS QUE LOS PACIENTES TIENEN LABORATORIO PASAN MUY TARDE POR ELLOS Y CUANDO UNA QUEJA NUNCA HAY NADIE CON QUIEN QUEJARSE TODOS SE CUBREN NADIE DA LA CARA PERO CUANDO SON NUEVOS SOLO SON MELAS SON UNOS ABUSIVOS CON LAS PERSONAS MAYORES. Otra y otra vez vuelve a pasar no sirve el servicio de transporte malisisimo 🙄

es muy mala la clinica el transporte es pesimo no responden los telefonos y el trato es peor y nunca puedes hablar con ingun manager no dan la cara a sus pacientes
