The Platteville Clinic at Southwest Health

I've only had a good experience at the Platteville Clinic which is located at Southwest Health (they share the same building, but with 2 different entrances). The Clinic entrance is at 1450 Eastside Rd, whereas the hospital entrance is at 1400 Eastside Rd. Within the clinic is various physician offices and also a cafe/coffee shop.

Every single person I have talked to has been friendly, kind, caring and compassionate they really get things taken care of amazingly fast. The Fastest service ever its mind blowing. Carrie Galle is one of the best. She understands ingaese which isn't easy, makes sure you are well taken care of and comfortable both in the exam room and at home. Though I should have said she was a dud so I have my pick of appointments Lol. I would strongly recommend this clinic.

The doctors and PAs at the Platteville Clinic are amazing! They take such great care of my family and I. They take the time to treat us like people, not numbers, and make sure that all of our questions are answered before we leave. I wouldn't trust our health to anyone else!

My son had an ear infection. This clinic got us in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them. Great service from everyone!

If you have a lot of time to waste and want to see a doctor that doesn't listen to your concerns, this is the place to go. After waiting in the patient room for over 50 minutes after my son's appointment time, the doctor finally came in the room, wearing an outfit that looked as though he had slept in it for the past week. When I was telling him my concerns, he totally blew me off and said, "it's probably nothing." No tests were ordered. Next time I will take the extra time and drive to Dubuque.
