My daughter recently was in an accident. The Diedrich Agency was awesome in helping me understand the process. From initial claim, to discussing the adjuster comments to the final decision, I was impressed by the high level of professionalism that the agency, specifically Brenda, displayed with me. I highly recommend this agency to those of you who are searching. I have been with them since 1984!!!

Peggy is a ROCK STAR! Had a difficult and urgent need for a policy. It was something that a number of companies would not handle. She found a carrier, wrote the policy and got it in place in minutes! Got the needed information sent off to the parties that needed it with time to spare! For all of your insurance needs, I cannot be more adamant that she (and the Diedrich Agency) will take care of you as if you're their only client! Kudos!

As I watched my wedding ring roll around the sink and go down the drain, I wasn’t in too much of a panic. I saw on tv that we could go underneath and open that curvy drain thing and there it would be. Well, the next morning when my hubby opened the drain it wasn’t there! Gone! I called The Diedrich Agency after searching the entire bathroom. Cheryl and Peggy told me exactly what to do. Adam at State Farm called me, took my statement and I received a check within a week! Thanks to the combined efforts of The Dietrich Agency and State Farm, my claim was handled quickly and painlessly.

This should be a zero star review! This morning I woke up to my insurance agent telling me my policy is canceled and unless I have $380 dollars I have no options. So I called corporate... no answer. Left a nice message and received a call back from a Mr. Diedrich. He was as rude
as all three agents I've dealt with over the years. He told me because I've been late 3 times they no longer want to do business. Were in the middle of a pandemic where noone is making money except these insurance companies. And I've been a customer for years. They will cancel you and not do business with you if your late. In my opinion Don't do business here. Find a company that cares about the customer and there insurance needs not just the money.

Lack of professionalism as well as poor counsel/advice and management of clients contributes this agency and its agents being an inadequate option for any business or individual.
