Dr. Franco and Team are the best in town bar none. Dr. Franco is a physician, surgeon, scientist and faculty at Barry University. She has podiatry students and medical students rotate through her offices learning everything that they can from limb salvage to the latest cosmetic procedures. Without a doubt, she’s the most educated and experienced doctor in her field. She knows how to treat the most aggressive infections a human can acquire, she’s one of the most detailed and compassionate surgeons you’ll ever encounter, and her attention to detail surpasses the expected. In addition, in her free time she lends her time to volunteering at clinics for indigent people and is part of a highly specialized surgical team that travels on medical missions to under-developed countries. She’s highly ethical and compassionate in all that she does. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Franco for over the past several years and I continually admire her knowledge of current day medicine and her ability to explain things at a level in which I can comprehend.

I love even sometimes it hurts a little going to get my toenails trim by them, it was very nice been able to sit in the lobby instead that outside, her personnel very nice and professional 👍

Amazing experience.
Dr. Franco is awesome. She works like magic. Waited since the May 1st and went in today for a painful ingrown toenail.

At first Rosa (La Cubana) greeted me with a warm welcome and proceeded to do all of the intake documents. She then suggested several services like pedicure and checking my other toe.

Dr. Franco walked into the room and within minutes she performed the removal of the ingrown toenail. The process was painless compared to the pain I was in.

I would rate their services higher if I could. Both the Miramar office and the Doral office are impecable. The staff is amazing.

Office staff is friendly and efficient. Appointments are scheduled so no one wants for long. Techs are gentle and kind. But Dr. Franco is "the bomb"! Thorough and very knowledgeable, never makes me feel rushed. She LISTENS. I highly recommend Dr. Franco and her staff
