Always a great choice for last minute dinner, or quick bowl for lunch. Mikes smile is contagious! He’s a great example for professional guest service to set for the younger staff, keep it up sir it’s appreciated!

The food was fresh but we waited almost 20 minutes if not longer bc they had no grilled chicken ready or any original legs were ready. The clem was a little stale but everything else was great. They rung it up wrong and had a extra side in there but we made due. Everyone was friendly but the cook was only wearing 1 glove while fixing the food.

The BEST KFC I have ever ate at! Fast friendly service and great management. I will eat here every time I’m in the area.

I came through the drive thru, the person taking our order was very nice, got our order correct. It's not many places you go to, fast food chains where the employees are professional and polite. The person working the drive thru on 4/9/22 at approximately 8:00pm, Douglas,Ga, Coffee County deserves a pay raise/promotion!!

There was a mixup on my order through the drive in window. After driving home, I reluctantly decided to go back and have the typical quick serve restaurant “fight” for what I ordered. Preparing my argument in my head, receipt in hand, I walked inside to get the correct item I ordered. The manager very quickly and kindly asked me if there was an issue. I explained and with no hesitation she proceeded to get the correct food, very fast, fixed it herself, did not blame or get on to anyone in front of customers. She apologized for my inconvenience and asked if there was anything else she could give me to improve my experience. I requested to purchase a couple biscuits and she refused my payment, giving them to me, apologized once again. A professional friendly person that didn’t make me feel like the bad guy and who was completely respectful was the best thing I’ve seen in a quick serve restaurant in a long time. Long time! This team member and the other friendly folks here deserves some recognition from KFC. The team was nice but this manager (I assume) should be training others on how to handle situations like this. Super impressed since I walked in ready for the typical quick serve battle to simply get what I ordered, in the bag on the first try. Mistakes happen, but how she handled the mistake and my full experience has compelled me to now take time from my life to offer some thanks and gratitude to a rare and deserving member of this KFC team. I feel bad because I did not get her name. But look at the time and date and KFC will be able to Thank her again for me!

Waited awhile, but MARCUS made our wait worth it! He’s very entertaining, but gets the work done. Food was actually good and everything was put in the bags correctly.

The drive thru was busy, I parked and went inside and placed my order. I was treated with respect and got my complete order without having to wait for to long. It was very clean inside and all the employees were well dressed and clean. And Supper was awesome from KFC tonight. Thank you KFC keep up the great work. I recommend KFC all the time to everyone.

KFC food is good consistemtly. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes have to wait for chicken which i don’t mind especially if im doing a large bucket cause i would prefer it be fresh. The managers are always working hard right along with staff. If i ever have an issue just speak nicely to the managers and they will always take care of this issue making it right. The restaurant is very clean and have seen them checking temperatures and times on food which is a big thing to me. Never had a bad meal from this location.

Some of the best chicken in Douglas! My order is always prepared fresh and delicious. I usually get to the drive through just before they close and order their 10 piece bucket. It has always been perfect, hot, juicy and fantastic. The people that take my order are up-beat, friendly and fun. Their whole team at this location really seem to have it together and so far every visit has been wonderful. I will keep going back! Great job and keep up the good work!

Very friendly staff and quick to respond and get your order prepared. Food is always fresh and the place stays decently clean. I don't know what else to say other than if you want some good hot chicken and good service than this is the KFC for you.

KFC is the place to be there chicken with nice crispy cook well their biscuits were fluffy and buttery the macaroni and cheese was good they provide good service everything was clean the workers were nice and it was just a delicate place

The food is always great, but there was a customer who was not abiding by the signs posted which was please wear a mask, apparently they the customer doesnt care
