Wheeler Park

Wheeler Park is always an easy choice with the kiddos! I really love that the bathrooms are now open and available and clean!

Beautiful scenery and great place to take the children or even have a picnic and bring your pets.

It's the only park in Douglas you can take your kids and let them play without having to really worry about all the extra that comes from grown folks doing crazy stuff not to mention most of the parents are friendly and love to talk

Great place to exercise and walk your dog! Plenty of trees for shade.

They have a lot of different little play areas here. The people we encountered were very friendly. They do have bathrooms but they are locked due to the virus. I would recommend this place to any family with children just make sure they go potty first.

Nice park to take your entire family. Picnic benches to enjoy a picnic or party. They have baby swings for toddlers and two different age appropriate play areas with climbing bars and slides.

Great experience at Wheeler Park had lots of activities for kids swings, slides, monkey bars, tennis court, And a really nice sidewalk to walk halfway around the park or even all the way around the park definitely recommend if you want to get away and play

We have had MANY family Birthday Parties at Wheeler Park. Great memories and fun for the kids. Only downside is that they took the grills out. PLEASE PUT GRILLS BACK OUT THERE!!!

Always shady and very well kept and clean facility. The park is very large and plenty or room to play, run, walk the track, play baseball or tennis. Also very scenic!

Great place to sit and reflect. Also great to take the kids to. There are a few different areas for different activities.

Wheeler park is probably the best park in town for children to play but also has plenty for adults of space for adults to get some excersise.

Beautiful gardens, picnic areas (including grills), lots of fun things for the kids to play on, Pokemon Go Gym, sidewalks.
