Awesome Fire Station! Crews are always extremely nice!

Had a gas like smell in our home one night. The men on duty came in and thoroughly checked our home to make sure it was safe. They were caring and checked every possible cause. Thank you so much!!

I would just like to thank you Dept Of Fire. Rescue Who responded to my house t times (5/15, 7/2to assist me with my wife taking her to the hospital or your people acted in a very professional manner and our credit to your organization and should be commended

So yesterday H.L. Watkins had their first track meet and the end of the tournament a young lady was having a breathing issue and apparently she keep going in and out and being unresponsive, paramedics were called and when they got there they didn’t seem too concerned about the safety of this patient. As the school police asked everyone what’s taking them so long this girl is slipping away we relayed the message but they ignored us and continued to move very slowly as this young girl was in desperate need of assistance I hope this isn’t the way they train their paramedics I definitely would never call this department again even if it’s a life or death situation. The worst service ever I hope your staff read this and quit!

As a participant at the Green Market in Palm Beach Gardens just behind the Fire Station on Burns Road for nearly 12 years we occupied a parking lot nearest to the Market to give disabled and other customer to load heavy good they just bought. Since the last two Sundays a official pickup from the fire department parked in that spot despite having empty lots just beside it. When ask why it was parked there and if he has something against disabled people, the person confronted was not very helpful, his answer was " the fire chief told me", when ask for the chief he's said " I am the chief " I could not help myself and I called him an a.. hole. That doesn't mean the department but that person. Doesn't he realized that he is a public servant. A course in public relations would be a good idea.
