Hen House Cafe

Stopped in for breakfast while passing thru the area. They are located in the downtown area, cute and great location. The inside was a diner, clean and well organized. Service was great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hubby got the steak and eggs, the steak was cooked perfectly, but I’m not sold on it being a New York strip, that said, for $13.99 it was fair and a great plate. I got the eggs, bacon and hash browns, they claim to serve farm fresh eggs and they tasted the part, very very good. Would eat here again and would recommend.

This place has an incredible breakfast, fantastic service and a local welcoming flavor! We have never been here before and our server took care of us as if we we had been going here for years! The food absolutely amazing and delicious! The ambiance was cute and welcoming! 5 stars all the way!

Small country Town place. Atmospheres great , service is good. Country and good. The food is clean arrives pretty quick. They usually open very very early so it's to go to place if you need a hot coffee and a small quick breakfast

Fun place! Staff are down to earth and the food is excellent. It’s like home cooking at its best. I had a ham and cheese omelette that was out of this world! We will definitely eat here again.

First I am here and we loved it. We loved the price which was really amazing because it wasn’t as expensive as some of the places that we have come to in town. The blueberry pancakes are incredible. We had new Cheryl and she was really attentive and super happy we will be back.

My wife and I have made this our breakfast date spot since we moved to citrus county. The service is always great, food is awesome, and the atmosphere is homey. Will definitely continue to frequent this place.

Wow, I was really impressed with this breakfast and lunch cafe. I have been here a couple of times in the past, and it is undoubtedly my favorite breakfast place in town. My server, the new cheryl that just started working about a month ago, was amazing. Shes always smiling, cracking jokes, and runs circles around everyone else. As far as food goes, it is really good. The wait had been a little longer for the past 2 days, but that is because they are understaffed. But it is definitely worth the wait. I really recommend this.

Everything was great the food was absolutely delicious the waitress was dead on very knowledgeable of the different things you could order just everything went good it was a nice atmosphere a good group of people and well worth everything we spent thank you so much

I had steak and eggs, homefries, biscuit. It was yummy. The steak was cooked perfectly. I would order again. My husband had a ham and swiss omelet, homefries, biscuit and he enjoyed his meal as well. Friendly staff. We'll be returning the next time we're in Inverness to try more things. Thank you!
