Lightning does strike twice! Vernell Robert’s was phenomenal helping my wife and I selling and buying of our homes. From the interview she came with knowledge about our home that we wanted to put up for sale. She assured us we could get top dollar for our home which was thousands more than we could of imagined. I am delighted to share my experience with working with Vernell Roberts and the Horizon Real Estate Solutions team.

I had a very motivated but “nervous” first time home buyer who I was fortunate enough to pre-approve in South Florida. The client had already determined in their mind that the home-buying process was going to be hard and painful, so they were reluctant to believe that they could own their own home.

There are not a lot of realtor estate professionals who I know of that could manage the expectations this client was likely to have. I had a quick pre-introduction conversation about the specifics of this client. Vernell Roberts took it from there. She helped the client refine and prioritize their home search and ultimately narrowed the selection process down to one specific neighborhood; one that the client had not even been considering.

The client’s home tour was less than 5 properties before there was a fully executed purchase contract one week later.

Even though I’ve been in the mortgage business for several years, it’s always good to partner with a real estate professional who also knows the industry. It just makes the entire end-to-end process that much smoother. There were certain geographic caveats that Vernell knew of that helped me to side-step any delays in getting our client to the closing table.
