Riggs County Park

Great place to walk you dogs. Must be on a leash, I know ppl don’t follow the rules. Also clean up after your pets.

The kids adored the splash pad. There is a shelter close by to get out of the sun and take a break. Its not right next the splash pad so you may want to bring an umbrella if you want camp out closer. I didn't see any garbage cans, so if your planning on being there for awhile, bring some garbage bags. There's a bathroom and grill too. Great place for a family day.

I loved the splash pad. It was great that the water didn't stay on the whole time. Nice bathroom. Great picnic area. Rock climbing. Will definitely be going back.

Great trail, and disk golfing course. The walking path is a bit overgrown through the swamp though.

This is my second time going here and the kids loved it. The last time I went was maybe 2 yrs ago... We didn't go since because of COVID but when I did go last the water was very tolerable and maybe even somewhat warm. This time it was FREEZING. it didn't bother the kids any, but my hubbi and I were frozen. But we absolutely love this park. We don't have very many options being in Berlin, all our money goes into our gas tank nowadays so I'm glad they have this!

I pulled into the parking area to check Google Maps for directions to my destination. It's just a well maintained hiking area with bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean. The hiking area consists of an open grassland field. I went at the end of summer and it was still hot out. This weather makes bugs more active so I didn't stick around too long.

Nice little park with a shelter covering picnic tables. There is a nice splash pad and a large rock that kids can climb. I would not recommend kids under 6 to climb the rock unattended.

This place is great. It is a wonderful source of Wisconsin Americana. There are plenty of collectible figurines, vintage glassware, vinyl and beer memorabilia.
They even have an extensive selection of classic furniture. There are many great pieces to choose from.
I recommend setting aside a couple of hours. There are many rooms, each with their own discoveries.

Such beautiful views here! Picnic area under a shelter with fixed grills. Water area for kids to play. Walking trails that I can't wait to explore.

Great hiking trails close to the city. Splash pad is wonderful on got days. Trails are never crowded. Some hot sunny days the splash pad gets crowded.

Perfect little spot on the outskirts of town to take kiddos on a hot day! Pavilion area with grills make it so you can have a family picnic while enjoying the day!

Nice park. Fun splash pad for kids, great old barn for picture taking, good trails as well.

Plenty of hilly trails and a river going through the heart of the forest. It's senic, impactful, and all around fun to walk through.
