Chris and his staff are absolutely amazing. If you need a pharmacy this is the place to go. They are all so sweet and go out of there way to help you with anything you need. They really are the best.

I’ve been using Walgreens for many of years and I have had so many disappointments with Walgreens. My insurance company BC/BS only allowed us to go to Walgreens to help us with our perscriptions. After the first of January last year , decided to change my insurance plan, so I wasn’t told which pharmacy I could go to, meanwhile I’m paying $150 more a month, so I could go somewhere else besides Walgreens. Since I have changed my plan, I have had such great care from Chris & his staff. Gardens pharmacy says hello to me by my first and last name when I walk into the front door!! They first time going there I wasn’t a number, I feel like I’m special!. Its been a very long time since I have been treated like a real person and I felt they really cared about me!!

This pharmacy is phenomenal! They understood my prescription issue and worked to address and resolve as quickly as possible. This pharmacy went above and beyond well more than any other pharmacy I have ever been to. I could not be more grateful and so glad I found them!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for the last 7 years and I couldn’t be happier. Chris is always attentive to my needs and his attention to detail is above repute. He is constantly innovating and improving his technology to improve our experience making it easier to get prescriptions and refills. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. The place is spotless. I have never seen a speck of dirt and his staff is always keeping the place neat. They greet you from when you walk in the door and make sure you have everything you need and any counseling you may need.

Great staff, always have my prescriptions ready on time. Nice small “tucked away” pharmacy that is clean & has drug store items & even has a small selection of jewelry & tropical clothing & cute reading glasses 🤓.

This pharmacy always has my medications in stock (most places do not) and from the first time I visited the previous location to a few days ago when i came in to pick up, i have only once or twice had to give my name which tells a lot about the staffs awareness and rapport they build with customers. Prices are right and without even having to ask they apply whatever coupons or discounts to try and ease the expense. Never have i felt the need to switch since i started using this pharmacy and Chris (whom always seems to be there) is more knowledgeable about medications than most doctors I've asked about them.

God Bless this pharmacy!!!!!!! My vet cannot fill this particular medication on site for my cat so her script must be filled at a regular pharmacy. I have been coming here for about a year now. The staff has always been very nice but I felt compelled to write a review today because the staff went above and beyond to help me. I know my situation was quite inconvenient, yet they treated me with kindness and respect as they have each time I have visited this establishment. I cannot express how truely grateful I am!!!! Your customer service is top notch!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I’ve been going to privately owned Gardens Pharmacy since they were in Tanglewood Plaza. Chris is hands down, the best pharmacist around! He takes time to talk to his customers, and help them, as does all his employees! ⭐

Chris and the staff have always been so amazing! They have always been very helpful whenever I have any specific pharmaceutical questions. They also are very attentive and help me get the right brand of drugs that I need, which can be difficult to find a pharmacy to be that accommodating. If anything changes with a doctor's script or they ever have any questions they always call to double- check and that's also a rare for pharmacies to remember clients and connect with them on a friendly and professional level.

Absolutely pleasant experience every time I shop here! The manager, can't his name :(, is superb!!! He has a baby if that helps lol.. We always talk about the kids and he gave me great advice while I was breast-feeding, info regarding supplements for the bottle and he's full of lots of other great knowledge so I always learn something when I leave there too! Long story short, great place!!

After my most recent horrible experience with one of the nationwide/corporate pharmacies here in town, I decided to try an independently owned pharmacy, Gardens Drugs. I have been using Gardens Drugs now for nearly two months, and have never encountered a pharmacy whose staff is more accommodating, kind, and who genuinely seems to care about the patients that walk through their doors. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a prescription to get filled, and they have never been late on a projected fill time as well. In my opinion and experience with Gardens Drugs, the staff treats everyone with the same kindness previously stated, no matter who they are, what they look like, or the medication in which they take. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

After years of dealing with the bigger pharmacies that didn't have enough attention to detail to even spell my name right, I'm so grateful to have found Gardens Pharmacy. They have been able to sort an insurance issue in 5 minutes that was sending me back and forth phone calls to my doctor and CVS for 2 weeks. They even helped prevent a medication error with my daughters antibiotic prescription. I've had such a good experience dealing with the level of care that they provide.

Polite, professional, knowledgeable. Willing to take time to explain and inform. Always willing to speak with your doctor. Glad we found them. Worth the effort to find a smaller pharmacy that knows you by name than some cooperate giant where you're just another insurance ID number.

No local pharmacy is better in my families opinion than Gardens Pharmacy.

Located off RCA Center Dr in a beautiful area that is very overlooked near PGA/RCA blvd & is even accessible from Kyoto Gardens Drive. It’s honestly a monthly joy to ride a bike here and check out the lake views with my wife while getting our monthly allergy medicines.

Above everything else pharmacists are knowledgeable and extremely fair priced. The cost of what we used to get 25 pills for we now get 100 count for the same cost for choosing Gardens Pharmacy over Publix Pharmacy. Best local pharmacy you can visit in the Palm Beach Gardens area.
