Best Buy

Wow this is a really nice Best Buy! I was assisted by a nice gentleman by the name of Aaron. He answered all my questions got me everything I needed and he was very pleasant and very helpful. I'm grateful for people like this. Great experience here at this Best Buy I highly recommend it. My charger for my Surface Pro pooped out so I had to get a new one they had it in stock and it was the windows name brand

Gage provided outstanding customer service. He helped me brainstorm what to get my bf for valentines day and even checked the back to see if they had what I wanted. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but he went out of his way to check if any of the local stores in the area carried what I wanted- and they did! This is a Gage appreciation post, I really hope Best Buy sees this.

Edit: This is a Gage appreciation post but I would also like to say that the rest of the staff were extremely nice and offered to help me at literally every section I walked into. Overall great experience.

If you haven't been to Best Buy's new location in the rear of Legacy Place, you should check it out. Very large, spacious, well lighted store. Things are easy to find and the staff are helpful and friendly. It is a 2-story layout with a great TV audio section.

Brought Lenovo laptop in to Geek Squad for what I thought would be a warranty repair. Turned out there was nothing wrong with it! I am extremely happy they were honest enough to say that, and since it was a warranty thing, it was free to me either way!

As i entered this establishment! I was greeted cordially and was assisted immediately. Our waiting time in line was 10 mins . Customer service had 7 PS 5 available at the moment and i was able to purchase 1 for my son for christmas. Highly recommended.

Big shout out to Pierre at the Best Buy Palm Beach Gardens location. My Samsung remote had a minor defect and he was able to find me just the right replacement. It took less than a minute to sync to my TV and I am so grateful!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of computers. They are stock up on large screen TVs and sound systems. It’s a kittle hard to find though through the maze of turns at Legacy Place.

Worked with Todd in the TV section and he was very helpful in guiding us as to what 85 inch uhd TV to buy. Great knowledge of the differences between all the in brands they offered.

I got my iPhone screen fixed at Geek squad after my baby launched it across the concrete lol. They did it within 3 hours and the appointment process is seamless. Worth it.

Gage is an awesome employee who provided my girlfriend and I exceptional service a few times. He knows all of the products , to the fine details. He asked questions to see what suits us the best. We have gotten rings , computers, and Tvs from this store. They are the model store for the country ,I have heard .

Went in for a TV. We already knew what we wanted. My husband was helped by another employee who didn’t find what we were looking for, but another associate (Devlin) quickly stepped in and grabbed exactly what we came for. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He even helped us pick out the matching cable we needed. If you head to this Best Buy, ask for Devlin!

Customer service was great! Pierre helped me out with an internet issue I’ve had with my laptop for years in maybe 15 minutes. Super kind and attentive, will definitely be back if I have any issues in the future!

The new store is so nice. And Best Buy can get expensive but if you check out their deals they tend to have some of the best prices on many products.

My thanks to the employee who helped me get the cell phone I needed and had me out the door in 10 minutes. He did so while helping another customer with no loss of service to that individual. The employee's professionalism and attentiveness was much appreciated. I would share his name but it does not appear on the receipt. If you are in PBG or Jupiter and looking for a cellphone, start at Best Buy.
