The entire staff here is so nice. Everyone says good morning. They are always smiling and are courtesy. Even the doctor shows extreme patience. Lastly, the place is immaculate. Very, very clean.

I take my elderly mom, so all these things are important to me. I strongly recommend this office.

Good morning, it's a pleasure to let you know I found doctor that's very caring, passionate, thoughtful, and confident as Doctor Victor Francisco. He is awesome and I came to see him a year ago not knowing about my cholesterol being so high. I thank God he detected it and now it's normal. We need more caring doctors like him. And also the staffs are tremendous, this is the most organized clinic I've been to since 1996.

Finding a primary care physician that truly cares is really hard now a days. I am really glad to find one for my parents. Im writing to express my sincere appreciation for ARNP Victor Francisco, at Dr. Oscar Mendez office. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain things thoroughly. Even my parents felt genuinely cared for by Dr. Francisco and their staff, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a primary care physician.

After my PCP retired, I searched for awhile to find a PCP that would be able to manage my health and wellness with time and patience. I came across Dr Mendez and his team via a recommendation from a family friend. I couldn’t be more happier and satisfied with the comprehensive care I have received since I became a patient. In particular, his FNP Victor is arguably one of the most thorough and caring medical professionals I have ever come across! Very communicable with and compassionate about his patients health and wellbeing. I highly recommend this practice and I can’t praise his staff enough!

Very good place and they care a lot about their patients' well-being, especially Dr. Francisco Victor. I've been seeing him for quite some times and have been treated like family. He is the kind of healthcare provide/healthcare professional who cares more about their patients than profits. If I could have gave him more than five stars, I would have given that.

My Parent's have been coming to Mendez Medical Center for years. I never have an issue with medications, appointments, or referrals. Victor is a fantastic doctor who has so much compassion and patience. He explains everything thoroughly and every time I have a question regarding their health he always responds quickly and efficiently. Overall I would highly recommend this place!
