Maria Garay Claudio, MD

So glad Dr. Garay replaced our previous pediatrician who retired. Our daughter is nonverbal autistic..and the knowledge, support, care, incredible patience and advocacy that we've received from Dr. Garay for the past six years is truly amazing and unmatched...we are truly beyond blessed to have her as our doctor!!

I recently switched pediatricians to Gallagher Pediatrics for both my children. The office was so accommodating to a request for a new appointment as a sick visit after a recent hospitalization. I then scheduled all the well visits after that. We had Dr. Garay- and she is incredible. She is so knowledgeable and so personable. She takes her time with you and makes you part of the care team for your child. She listens carefully to all you concerns.

Between her and the office staff, I couldn’t be any happier with the change!

Dr. Garay was very attentive to our requests and needs. She did a thorough exam and took time to answer questions. She didn’t rush the appointment which showed she cared to what we had to say.

Dr. Claudio is very thorough and caring. I highly recommend using her as a Pediatrician. She is the best!

She is an amazing doctor and person! You can tell she loves what she does and always puts your children’s best interests first. Her office staff is outstanding and they are always friendly, while being extremely helpful. Your child will not just be a name on a piece a paper for her but a child she truly cares for. Very happy we have found this doctor. She is thorough, kind and always takes time to listen to any concerns. She stays up to date with any new studies so there is never any outdated advice. Also, there is usually no wait time when going to an appointment and her staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her

Knowledgeable, kind, caring, trustworthy. Dr. Garay-Claudio treats my child. She listens to child and parent and addresses all our concerns. We are lucky to have her so close by, but would drive anywhere to be seen and treated by her. Highly recommend!

BY FAR THE BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN TOWN. SHE IS VERY KIND AND TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN. SHE HAS BEEN SEEING MY SON SINCE BIRTH AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. HER OFFICE STAFF ARE ALL VERY NICE FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN TO WHEN YOU ARE BEING SEEN BY HER ASSISTANT. I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND APPRECIATE THEIR KINDNESS WHICH IS HARD TO FIND.

Quiero por empezar dándole las gracias a la Dra. Garay por el excelente cuidado de mis dos hijos, no han podido estar en las mejores manos siempre. Atenta y dispuesta a ayudar a los niños con amor y profesionalismo, se toma en tiempo de escuchar y dar las mejores recomendaciones. La espera en la oficina siempre es corta y sus asistentes si. Las más decaídas a ayudar a los padres. no pude haber encontrado una mejor Dra y mis hijos la aman.

La doctora Garay es muy amable, amorosa y muy profesional. Estoy triste que tendremos que dejarla porque nos mudamos.

Confie a mis 3 hijos a ella y no me decepcionó en ningún momento. Además habla español y me facilitó mucho la comunicación.

Es una pediatra muy excelente , me gusta como trata al paciente , muy amable , cordial y muy detallada en todo el sentido de la palabra recomiendo a la doctora María Garay , muy buena profesional ..

Denied care for our son saying there is nothing she can do for him at the office. We had not choice but to go to the ER where they simply diagnosed him with an ear infection. She could have spotted the ear infection had she examined his ears.

We initially came in contact with Dr. Claudio at 7:15 on Saturday December 16, 2023 when we called with a concern for his fever of 104. Aside from the fever he was alert, eating, drinking and having playful moments. This doctor did not ask about any of that and simply told us to go to the ER.

We decided to bring him in to the pediatrician's office anyway so they can examine his ears and throat. About arrival Dr. Claudio got upset with us asking, "why did you bring him here when I told you to go the ER", and she did not check our son.

After a costly and long visit to the ER he was immediately diagnosed with an ear infection, which Dr. Claudio would have been able to diagnose him herself if she did not deny us of care.
