This salon was very beautiful and comfy. My stylist was venessa and she did an amazing job with my full head of highlights, cut wash and blow dry. Loved the experience and place. I highly recommend setting up an appointment today 😊

Kell and her team are true artists and professionals when it comes to all things hair and makeup. As a longtime client of Kell’s who now lives out of state, I always make it a priority to make a hair appointment with her anytime I am back in Florida. Kell did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I could not have been happier - I felt and looked gorgeous. The salon is beautiful and I always feel welcome.

Kell is one of a kind! I unfortunately haven't been able to go to her since I left Florida in 2015. Since then I haven't been able to find anyone who matches her professionalism and skill. Every time I try a new place where I'm at I leave a little disappointed that they don't match what I used to get with Kell - which is what prompted me to write this review! She's wonderful at listening to what you want while also using her extensive knowledge and experience to recommend the right color, treatment, cut, etc. I can't recommend her enough!

So let me begin with something no hair salon ever has done for me, getting to know ones hair and character in such a detailed way. I have had thin hair all my life and finally just started going to Kell's since 2015 and I have never experience such a wonderfully surprising change in my hair. Yes, this absolutely changed my outlook on myself, my esteem and my love for my hair! She is absolutely amazing in her up to date style (which is so obvious to see) but for me, its the way she got to know my hair in a way I never knew in my own 24 years! And seriously I know she has so many clients in between, but yet when I see her, she always makes it about me every time. She has this incredible gift of being able to empathize with my exact feelings about my hair that I feel like I don't require a lot of explanation for her to see my viewpoint. She cared for my hair and made it become lively, full and beyond healthy. She came to understand my hair so that she knew what was needed to be done to it. Now that’s just the personal level of her hair talent, but to even begin with her extraordinary hair talent? How she can style with such with experience and craft to make a spectacular hair do, that I could be made to believe she alone styles all the cast of Game of Thrones. Besides that, I can still get my great everyday hair looks when my hair is just being a little rough, from all the tutorials she shares on the media, she makes its so easy! I trust this place with all my life (and hair) because this place just simply makes anything possible.

I have been going to Kell’s salon since she opened! I started with Vanessa and then transferred to Kell when Vanessa became a full time mommy! Kell is the sweetest and most professional person. She does a FANTASTIC job and always makes my hair look wonderful! She is truly the best!

Kell is absolutely AMAZING! I first started going to her 8 years ago. My hair was a MESS! It was damaged from dying my own hair. I wanted to go back to red and Kell absolutely refused until we got my hair healthy enough to start any dying processes. It was in that moment I realized that Kell isn't just a stylist after money. This is her passion. It's her life. And she truly desires to help people. It took almost a year but Kell had a great regimen in place for me after looking at all the damage and I stuck with it. I'm not a patient person, but it was sooooo worth it! My hair was healthy enough to start dying it again and she did it in the safest way possible. When I decided to go from red to silver and purple about a year ago, Kell did it. She took it slow and easy and step by step, letting my hair rest in between so that there would be no damage. She knows what's best for your hair type. Kell is the first stylist that I actually trust. I can close my eyes and tell her to do whatever she wants with my hair and it wouldn't scare me because I know she'll do exactly what will look good and be good for my face shape and my hair's health. Thank you Kell for coming into my life 8 years ago. I have never stuck with a stylist this long. You are an absolute lifesaver!!!

Such sweet and talented staff! They absolutely love their profession and it shows in the personality and work. The salon is beautiful and feels so personal, I love it!

Wonderful place!!!!!

Do NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO NICKY, I showed her several pictures of what color I wanted, and cut, she did not listen, nor did my hair come out anywhere near what I wanted. The cut, I looked like I had a bowl on my head. She is way overpriced for her experience….she is not a park ave stylist. My hair looks grey! She asked if I wanted an inch cut off in the back, I said you are the professional, then when she blow dried it and it was soooo short, she said you thought an inch, but it did not match my bowl on top.. kel is good, and she will refer you to Nicky, do not go, unless you have straight hair and you are a blonde, and I mean blonde. She doesn’t know how to style either, unless you have an easy straight cut. And she would probably Bosch that up. And she refuses to fix it. I really do not think she deserves even one star. Do not go to that shop and support there business, they will not stand behind it

Let me start with how sweet and friendly Kell is. She did a wonderful job, went above and beyond during the trial, and is even from a close city to where I grew up in Pennsylvania.
Everything up until that point was fine. This was mid May.

After ironing out details for Kell to come to my wedding site for hair and makeup services, Paying for the trial, etc, someone else called weeks later on her behalf to tell me she doesn't travel to sites on Sundays. I explained that Kell had already agreed with it, never mentioning anything like that. She then called back saying she was not aware of that, and she will come, but only if I have several others getting services. (There was a clear severe disconnect in the communicating between salon owner, and the lady giving me these tidbits that were contradictory to my agreement and discussions with Kell herself.) I called back the same afternoon to advise how many people needed their services, never got a response. Sent multiple emails, called a couple more times since then. No response for weeks until an email came yesterday stating that they had an issue with lightening and that Kell was away for a bit, and that they booked another event that day 'because they didn't hear back from me.' I have plenty of calls in my phone log stating otherwise.

Not only is it 50 days from my wedding and completely unprofessional, I paid for a trial that is now irrelevant to my wedding as a result. This has added just another set of stress, and costed them 11 girls worth of income.

I'll highly recommend against this lack of professionalism, as it is the last thing a bride needs.
