By far the best shop, artist around! She will be the only person who will ever put something permanent on my skin. Very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful. She actually cares about you as a person and not just a client. Her talent is out of this world.

1st time getting ink done by Cassi. She did a remarkable job on drawing up what I wanted and how I wanted it done. Definitely will be back for some adds to this piece and my next tat!

So roughly a year ago I got my first tattoo here. I gave her a rough idea of my design, of a style (art nouveau) that she personally likes and she made such a great design. Only issue. She has shading. I don't want shading in any of my tattoos and looking at her portfolio, her shading technique is muddy. I specified this in my messages many times and let her know at the appointment that the line work was perfect but no shading. She said okay but in the middle of the tattoo she told me she was going to do minimum shading. Here I am now a year later with muddled shading when I don't want any shading in any tattoos. But my fault for not speaking up for the what- 3rd time?
Anyways other than that, loved the tattoo healed well just a lot of irritation and was raised multiple months later-figured I was healing. Well, now a year later, with this tattoo never sitting in the sun(I'm pale and the color white) and the line work is blowing out slightly. So muddy shading and now lines that are minimally blowing out- not natural healing. Love the design but wish I went to a more credible artist.
Also reached out to her bc I have a solid black portion of my tattoo and it's not fully black- normal and understandable solid black takes multiple sessions. I just asked when she'd recommend me to pop in to get it filled and how much it would be and I was left on read, and looking at other reviews this is a common behavior of hers.
Hopefully I can find a artist I trust for other tattoos and see if I can get it fixed and the shade covered up.
Don't go here. Look at her instagram- her shading and coloring is so intense and heavy handed that it's hard to read and tell what her tattoos are supposed to be.

Maybe don't leave potential clients waiting in the rain and just sit there talking to your friend. I would have been pleased if someone just said sorry bot at the moment.
