Wow… Im so grateful, Erica was so helpful, I was paying over $750.00 on my bills, it’s was my OWN mistake, making internationals calls skyrocket my bills, but she stayed with me over hour and half, so kind, explaining every single detail, she cut my business bill from $750.00 to $140.00 including new devices 🙀. She took overcharges away, Also she called on customers services for me, enforce to taken care customers, I was planning to switch to T mobile, thanks to Erica I’m will remain at Verizon. I’m been on this locations before, but it’s first time Im feel that 1000 % satisfied. Please consider her for a PROMOTION

We were on vacation and had to have two phones replaced. While they were shipped directly to us the Wi-Fi at our hotel was poor. We stopped at the store for help and Jeremy was great. He helped get both phones set up properly and everything transferred over. Thank you!

Aldo took such great care of me! I have been to many Verizon stores and calling customer service multiple times spending hours on the phone. Finally I found someone to help, he took the initiative to thoroughly go over my account and get it all back in line. The staff here is amazing! I came into the store because I was having issues with my phone. Right away I felt welcome and the rep was very nice and friendly.
