Employee names Rob was nice, positive and charismatic thanks for him being in a good mood.
The store was also cleaner than any 7-11 i ever seen which is surprising to me cuz all of them are always messy. Didn’t have napkins tho but overall best 7-11 i seen in the whole city. Shocking.

Ms Janice was so nice and went above and beyond to find what I needed. That’s rare nowadays in service and I appreciate that!

Had no taquitos but owner was willing to make fresh ones (tasted great!). The cashier rung us up wrong and was frustrated when I complained but the manager on duty fixed it.

Gets the job done when I need something on the way home but they didn't have any pizzas at all today when they were having a special if you order through the mobile app. If you knew you were going to have a special going you should have ordered more product to keep up. 11am and no pizzas available for your deal. Ridiculous.

This people the guy with tattoos have the bathroom close pretending the bathroom is close because they are cleaning . They have this place like that from the morning and the whole week . Bad bad

There is an employee working here named Liz she used to work at ihop down the street she is addicted to fentanyl she seduced my husband that she met at the restaurant she worked at and he almost died two times while hanging out with her watch out ladies

Working at a demolition job nearby. Had to take a quick 5 minute break to get here to get a Starbucks of special shot literally every single soda and drink is hot and the refrigeration isn't working So I'll have to probably go back without caffeine screw this place

This store is filthy. The bathroom doesn’t look or smell like it’s ever been cleaned or the trash been emptied. Horrible. There’s no way I will buy food from here and expect it to have been made in a clean kitchen. They’re blasting horrible opera music outside.. for what? Is there any management here? Unless it’s an absolute emergency, keep driving.. I’m sure the porta poty down the street is cleaner.

the customer service at this store is horrible. On 12:30am 10/17 I witnessed the cashier cussing at a girl trying to buy muscle milk and 2 bananas. The muscle was on sale and the cashier refused to change the price. Told the customer to get the F out of the store. If this is the type of service at this location it needs to be dealt with. This is very damaging to the 7-11 name!!!!!

I had an incident with an employee on april 14th 2019, made a complaint manager called me back and apologized for employees behavior and welcomed me back to the store. I was very pleased about how quickly the manager called to resolve the sitiation. He was kind , professional, respectful and apologetic for his rude employee. At this point i thought everything was resolved. Oh boy was i wrong i walked into the same store today may 4th 2019 (Saturday)around 11:30-12 same lady was working. She from the moment i entered kept saying have a good day have a good day. It was said probably 4 times i stepprd oit of the store shocked tho was happening and grabbed my friend so id have a witness i walked back in the store and again she started with have a good day have a good day i politely interuppted her and asked her what was wrong what i had done she followed up with have a good day ot iam calling the police. My best assumption is she was mad about the original complaint from 2 weeks ago and wants to get back at me for it. Theres no other reason for her behavior/ actions. This is awful i have never been embarassed amd treated in such a manner fronm anyother store from anyone ever! Its dehrading to my character as she did this in front of other people making me appear yo be the bad guy

April 14 2019. Lady emoyee working charges me for 3 smoothies when I only got one. When I told her she over charged she would not refund money so I asked since I got charged for 3 could I grab another. She said no and told me to leave.
