In 2024, we purchased a single-family home in Green Lake, Wisconsin. Our experience working with Mike Ertmer was exceptional. Where do we start? Absolutely professional in every way. We purchased a lot through Jeff, then found a home that would get us in Green Lake much faster than building. Jeff was instrumental in working with the sellers of the home and working a fair deal for all. Then, he scrambled to list, find a buyer and close on the sale of our lot so we could put it toward the home. Excellent communication, responsive and he offered great advice. Our parents worked with Jeff 30 years ago to buy their home. I don't believe there is anyone in the area that has a better grasp of property / real estate in Green Lake.

Not only did we originally purchase our property with Sarah as listing agent, but also sold it 5 years later with her as well. Both times she worked very diligently to be transparent with the process.
