Knowledgeable & very up front about costs and the scope of the job presented including possible risks of starting the repair and what could possibly happen. In my case we were working with original outdoor plumbing from 1983. Repair was completed in an efficient manner and tidy as well. A one year warranty is included. I also appreciated the short time window of one hour to expect a service person to attend the appointment compared to a five hour window discussed by a competitor I inquired with. Thank you.

In a world where competent and experienced service has become a premium that seldomly fulfills the needs of the customer, First Choice Plus Plumbing, Restoration & Air has proven themselves invaluable to all the plumbing needs in my home for the past 4 years. I called in today as the only day free I had from work to get two leaks in home resolved with hopes to get an appointment as soon as possible and to my surprise Jennifer was able to send out Vincent on the same day. Vincent was on time, knowledgeable, as I noted he spoke from years of experience, and worked diligently to ensure both my plumbing issues were resolved. The price was definitely in line with today’s trade costs, but I could never complain about value to labor when the labor provided was well done! I’m grateful for this company’s care and consideration for their customers! Much needed in our area of PSL! Great Job Vincent!

Jayden did an amazing job. This is the second time I used them and both experiences have been top notch. The first time was an emergency and they were there within an hour, and this time it was some fixture replacements and they were still able to schedule me the same day. Super professional, quoted at the beginning of the job and stuck to the quote. Excellent service from scheduling to follow up on completion.

Michael Gerhart at First Choice was the most efficient and straight-shooting plumber I’ve ever come across. Jacob is a very knowledgeable with regard to our new 80 gallon water heater. He introduced himself to my wife and I. We could tell immediately that he knew exactly how to replace the large water heater. With in a few hours he had the unit in and we got our hot water up and running. I could not believe that he was able to install it without any help. I was very impressed. Rating is 5 star to me.

Shortly after we moved to PSL our hot water heater died, we had no idea who to call. Searching Google we found First Choice Plumbing Solutions, we called, they came the same day and in no time we had a new hot water heater installed. Since then, we have never used anyone else for our plumbing problems. The staff at First Choice has always been reliable, friendly and fast at getting their job done. Their prices are very competitive and they will work work with you to make sure you get the best product for your money. Recently we had a Moen kitchen faucet installed by Michael, he as been to our house before for other plumbing issues. He did his usual excellent job and in less than a hour he had removed the old faucet and replaced it with the new one. When you need a plumber or new plumbing, this is the place to call.  🪠

Michael came out to repair a leaking pipe in my garage. He was the epitome of a professional. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote and immediately went to work. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is certainly highly skilled because he was done in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent workmanship, very polite and very communicative. Less than 24 hour turn around rate, in my experience. Would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Can’t say enough about this company. We had an issue with water coming up through our grout in our tile. We had several other companies out for leak tests with nothing found. Joe came out and was extremely thorough and you could tell that he actually cared about resolving our issue. Turns out, we had a bad shower pan. I would highly recommend First Choice Plumbing!
