Very appreciative of the quick response of Pace Plumbing to the issues we experienced today. Had some clogs develop in our lines and Nate was able to come by within an hour or so after we requested service. He was able to clear the clogs, repair the toilet and provide some good advice for preventing any future issues. Thanks to Nate and all the folks at Pace Plumbing for going above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend these guys!

Our grinder pump light came on and I could not figure out what was causing the issue. Pace plumbing was recommended by multiple neighbors and they did not disappoint. Nate arrived and immediately knew what needed to be done. We hit a few snags involving replacement parts, but Nate solved all of the issues and got our grinder pump working like new again. Nate was professional, polite, and explained everything so that I knew exactly what was being done. He even made me aware of discounts for military and law enforcement that I was not aware of. Pace plumbing is an honest company and I would highly recommend their services.

We purchased a new home and had some issues with the plumbing. Pace plumbing was recommended to us. Called and made a appointment. Nate came out and walked me through everything. Bailey was incredible and went above and beyond in a holiday weekend for us! We had an emergency that needed attention and Bailey was out in the hot sun for hours working hard until he solved the problem! I’m very impressed with young man’s work ethic and determination to solve a problem with no immediate answer. I’m truly grateful!

Last Friday at 4:00 in the afternoon we had a lawn mower accident where the mower hit the main water line from our well to our house. Of course, I freaked out! I called several plumbers in the area and all either didn't answer or said they didn't do emergency jobs...especially on a late Friday afternoon. The only one who helped me was Jesse with Pace Plumbing. He immediately eased my mind by saying, "ma'am, there are no problems, just solutions!" He had me take some pictures so they made sure they got the right parts the first time and within 45 minutes the technician, Bailey, was here. Bailey is awesome! Literally from the time we hit the water line until the issue was fixed and we had running water again was less than 2 hours! Needless to say, I will NEVER use anyone else and I have Jesse's phone number programmed into my phone in case we ever need them again! Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Called Pace Plumbing for an ADA toilet upgrade. Technician Nate came as scheduled & installed an upgraded ADA commode. He was very neat & professional & cleaned as he worked. It was very refreshing to watch Nate work because I could see he knew what he was doing. It appears that Pace Plumbing instills professionalism & competence in the plumbing trade. I would definitely use Pace for future plumbing jobs.

I truly prayed to my Lord and He sent me Pace Plumbing. Within minutes of leaving a message about my septic tank problem, I was contacted, and it was night time. Made appointment for next day and before 7 am i was contacted again and told my technician was on the way. Quinn called me a few minutes later and said he was on his way. He arrived on time, well mannered, well presented with a great can do attitude. Quinn was knowledgeable and it inspired confidence he would get the job done correctly. He was a treat to have do the job. It was done the same day even though it was replacing a septic tank alarm system and pump and all that goes with it. He left the area better than he found it. I have peace of mind knowing I have found my new and go to plumbing service company. I am happy it is a neighborhood company. Thank you, Pace Plumbing for having pride in your work and a great work ethic... not a common trait nowadays. Nate was great! Pace is the provider for plumbing services in my DR Horton house. I’ve had a few issues lately, and Adam has always gotten someone out very quickly! The warranty on my new home will be up soon and Nate made sure to check everything!

Nate did a great job. Not only was he very informative on problems I was having but also went above and beyond to check my plumbing throughout the rest of the house. He saw a few potential issues and fixed them right then. He truly provides the best service possible!

I had a water leak at the meter on my side. Contacted Pace Plumbing on their web site on Sunday night expecting a call and visit for a quote on Monday. Was super surprised they not only showed up but provided a very reasonable quote at 9 this morning. Gave them the go ahead and it was fixed in an hour. I had just placed sod around the meter and the plumber worked above and beyond to place the sod back after filling the hole. Highly recommend Pace Plumbing.

The supervisor named Jesse sent Nate over for a repair. Nate not only diagnosed the problem even though it was rare, he did so very quickly. While he was there, he made sure to go above and beyond and make sure the same problem wasn’t happening in the other bathroom. I highly recommend Pace Plumbing for their prompt and efficient service.
