Josie was marvelous! I was having trouble synching my aol emails on my new phone. Josie made me feel very welcomed. She was very kind, patient, and talented. She found the problem in less than a minute, and corrected the account for me. She was excited to give me the good news. I was not only impressed with her skills, but also with her positive energy! I love coming to this location and highly recommend it!

10/10 customer service, yes it’s busy however (Mike)will go above and beyond to help. He patiently explained the best plans for my budget and guided me through the calculations on everything I wanted so there wouldn’t be any guessing or surprises at the end. Over all Great atmosphere, everyone’s polite, has great knowledge on phones/ plans with extra perks. (Ms. Carmen ) answered questions while we waited. I saw every guest was greeted and checked on several times; updated on their progress with length of time. It felt like visiting family but I left with a better phone, better service, lower bill then AT&T, and free Netflix 😂.

After visiting another T-Mobile that’s near me and having a rude experience. I came to this one and Von welcomed me. He took care of what I needed and pass me down to his associate who finished my request. Thanks for taking care of my request fast and easy.

I had a great experience at the store, specially bc of the agent who took care of us , her name is carmen. She went above and beyond and help me get a phone using a promotion T mobile had at Moment. The store was full and she was able to assist several client at the time while keep it attention to my needs

Jennifer provided excellent customer service. She patiently answered all of my questions about my current plan, options for adding personal and business lines, deals on phones, and phone functionality. I probably spent over an hour with her because I wanted to fully understand all of the options for my family of 6. Even though her Chick-Fil-A was waiting for her in the breakroom for at least 30 minutes, she remained very kind and patient. Jennifer is an amazing example to customer service reps and salespeople about how to make your customers feel valued. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Went by a few days before Christmas to get my daughter a new iPhone as a gift and was helped by a representative name Juan. I can just say he was a wonderful help and with such a great sales pitch I was able to activate 2 new lines to get an iPhone promotion and he even gave me the second line for free to use on an old phone for my trucking business! If every rep was as skilled as this young man I see a bright future for T-Mobile. He even talked to me about some television service T-Mobile is beginning to roll out which I had no idea about, will definitely be going back soon to this store to get that set up once I cancel Comcast just because of the savings I’d be getting!

This is the best tmobile store. The personnel are the best and they help you with anything you need, especially Oliver, he helped me with everything and much more he answered all my questions. And he was very patient. Thank you again!!

Honestly, such amazing staff! Everyone from management down to their sales team is extremely knowledge, helpful, and kind. Fatima, in particular, is always attentive to what my needs are and helps me anytime I need something. I have been going to her since I began in this store and never been disappointed. Everyone needs to ask for her!!!!

My visit was on 06/17/20.
Having in mind the current situation, I would like to thank the T-mobile team at this store for assisting me as much as possible. The strict guidelines of maintaining 6 feet was respected my both employee and customers around also the use of masks. The gentleman in the front was extremely cordial and attentive to the people outside including myself. The wait was no longer than 3 minutes to enter the store.
I am appreciative at the level of commitment and service that was given to me by YHIN. He was able to give me advice on which phone to purchase considering my previous phone and budget.
In total I was there for 15 minutes between waiting outside, purchasing the phone and budget planning which isn't very long at all for the quality of service received.

Great experience. Sales associate Danny and manager Armando were very helpful and provided great service. They made my transfer from att to T-Mobile very smooth and easy and answered all my questions. Recommend this store and their employees. They are all very friendly and make sure to keep themselves and customers safe from COVID with their in store procedures.

I love T-Mobile and my rep is awesome. she helps me get the best plan always and I freaking love my apple watch. Thank you Carmen! I wait as long as I need just to be helped by her. 10 stars if i could!

The staff there were very friendly and helpful - - especially Danny. He helped me get the phone and the plan that I needed for my work. The store was very clean as well.

She goes beyond every expectation to serve even complicated customer needs. Even international travel and more. Nothing seems to extend her knowledge and helpfulness even if it jams sending you somewhere. It is staff like that that makes a brand a true brand and brings value beyond any existing marketing strategy.

I am not always sure about T- MOBILE but I'm happy with them but when in doubt here you get what you need!

Wow, I had such a good experience here (one of the main stores) as opposed to the authorized dealers I encounter on 8th St.
I will always come here from now on.
The manager was empathetic and knowledgeable. Awesome experience.

Writing a quick review to express my gratitude for one of the representatives in the Coral Way and 86 Ave store. Carmen Perez is always pleasant, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, willing to assist and answer the 100 questions I usually ask lol. Thank you Carmen for your assistance every.....single......time. I have considered moving to carriers that may be less expensive but because of you and the Tmobile service, I will not change.

Went to switch from Android to IPhone was pleasantly surprised by customer service. Armando and Martin were extremely friendly and helpful!
