Great company, simple concept. You receive cash and agree to use one of their licensed agents IF and ONLY IF you ever decide to sell your property. You aren’t stuck with them if your home doesn’t sell or you are unhappy w/ services after a reasonable amt of time. Commissions are aligned with industry average. They are not charging any more or any less for a service you are basically agreeing that you may need one day in the future.

I wouldn’t give A five star rating if I didn’t mean it and trust me I mean what I say they stand behind what they do.

Macy called me at work, and told me about this amazing offer. At first I was skeptical, as there are so many scams out there. She answered all my questions, and explained the offer in detail. They wanted to give ME money! All I had to do was promise to use MV Realty as my realtor IF I ever wanted to sell my home. Sounded too good to be true, but they sent an agent to our house a few evenings later, we reviewed the paperwork, and decided to sign. We had our money before we knew it. Now we don't have to worry about who to hire if we want to sell, and we had some "fun money" to use as we wished. Awesome!

They're not a scam. The people claiming that it's a scam didn't understand their contract, which is a tragedy. MVR is not a fully traditional real estate company, so don't expect every contract to be your conventional real estate contract. Their Homeowner Benefit Agreement contract is something new to the industry, but still legitimate. Just make sure your agent explains *everything* to you, and you read and fully understand the contract yourself. Everything is disclosed in the contract and done fair and square. It's a good idea to ask questions, take time to think about it, and get a second opinion before you sign. The HBA is really great for some people, but definitely not for everyone.

I have been a transfer specialist for a few months now and honestly love it. Management is great and on top of things. The team/co-workers are amazing to work with. Overall, best Real Estate company i have worked with. If you decide to take this roll, i hope you will love it as much as i do.

Anyone complaining about this Homeowner Benefit Program must have just not actually *read* the whole contract, which is in pretty plain English and they will answer any questions you have!👍
