DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Palm Beach Gardens

Visiting family in the area. From the moment you walk in and seen all the beautiful Christmas trees. It’s breathtaking with the water features also. The service desk greeted us , as soon as we walked in. This was Christmas Eve . They were able to check us in and get us our room key. Christmas morning we woke up and went down for breakfast and this wonderful employee was such a gentleman and treat us like we were royalty . I don’t recall his name, but I know he’s from New York. Like us. He is the best employee and I hope you pay him well… The food was wonderful, and the coffee Flowed. We both agreed that we will come back next time . I enjoyed my stay. The Front desk staff, house, keeping, and Robert in the dining area and the shuttle drivers we're all wonderful. My only suggestion is use fresher cereals. Every box I tried was very stale. The eggs were mushy and unattractive, maybe powdered? Bacon was undercooked.
My head, a Burger and fries from the hotel kitchen. And they were both delicious.

It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Palm Beach Gardens. They serve food here and there's a bar and most of the servers here are awesome and very polite There is a full breakfast here All the people here from the front desk to the ones that serve the meals to the maids that clean the room and to the managers and the general manager who takes care and runs the place are awesome people. If you are in Palm Beach Gardens Florida area you need to stay at this hotel It is one of the best.

It was a great place to stay They took care of us so much we were early in the area and they gave us early check in at the front desk Gayle is wonderful she gave us so much great information and made our stay great 😃

This location is a fantastic choice when traveling on the turnpike or 95 through West Palm Beach. It has convenient access to both. The lobby is welcoming and well kept, with an attractive waterfall to delight us upon arriving. There is a nice restaurant on premises, among other amenities that we didn't have time to enjoy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service on check-in was warm and friendly and knowledgable, and they have an Hhonors lounge for members with status which we really appreciated. They have both rooms with king beds, and rooms with 2 queen beds which are what we require when we travel as a family of four. The price is very reasonable - actually a great value considering how clean the hotel is and how friendly the service is. And of course those cookies! We definitely plan to stay again when we are in the area.

Mike Brady (van driver) is an excellent representative for your hotel. His service is of the highest standard.

2023 July: Had the opportunity to stay here again. Janiah was extremely friendly and helpful during the stay. Similar to the last visit, the rooms were great and the team was amazing. I will look forward to returning soon.

Had the opportunity to spend a couple nights here in February. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Really solid experience. And the cookies were on point as always!

It's close. Professional. Breakfast is decent. I'm talking about the executive meeting center held at the Double Tree in Jupiter. Our networking group has been meeting there since January. Much better than the place we were meeting. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

This hotel was great last week just as it was 4 years ago. We checked in later in the evening after deciding last minute to stay the night. The front desk worker was extremely friendly, got us a room right away at a great last minute price. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The public areas of the hotel were also very pleasant. Checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend This location.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! From the booking, to checking in, Deja was beyond welcoming, professional, and kind-hearted. She made us feel welcomed, and answered every question very professionally. She made sure we were accommodated and all our questions and concerns were answered. Thank you for all your help, Deja! From start to finish the experience has been very good. I was having a medical procedure and needed a comfortable place before and after. The staff is great.

Fantastic stay!
Created by old fashion driver Mike, generous and friendly. Brian at the bar was like talking to a favorite uncle, kind and funny. The front desk was amazing, big shout out to Liz, but her besties call her Luz. She is truly a light of warm service at check in. The breakfast was beautifully set up and the small garden area in the center made it feel like you were miles away. Cvs at the end of their Parking lot is a huge plus. Oh yeah, so Starbucks is across the street with Publix and Sushi restaurant. For a fancy meal, Chardonnay restaurant is delicious. The kitchen at double tree was really good too. BOA in they corner, perfect for banking (PNC is across from CVS). The bathroom needed some updates, but it was normal. Overall clean, happy & friendly staff and calm environment that only a knucklehead would miss or not see. So glad to stay here-Thank You for a safe and welcoming mini vacay.

My wife and I had a wedding in West Palm Beach and we stayed at this hotel for 6 days. David and others at the front desk and Robert and others at breakfast were great. The bar staff too. There were some small issues with our room and they were corrected right away. We enjoyed the hot tub, the market plazza next door and an Irish pub accross the street called Paddy's. Live music on Fri and Sat.

We stayed at the Double Tree to avoid the wrath of hurricane Ian. The hotel was packed with people who had evacuated from the storm areas of western Florida. The staff went out of their way to assist the travelers in any way they were asked.
The room was nice and clean.
The hotel is located in an area convenient to local restaurants and shopping.
This is a great place to stay, even under normal circumstances.

The room, services provided, and its location were all meeting expections. What made it better was the staff working there. A shout-out would be dedicated to Ms. Felicia, a receptionist who worked in the afternoons during my stay. Helps she offered made my stay more enjoyable.

We were here over the weekend for a large two-day conference with association members coming from out of state. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Mike Brady ("from the Brady bunch" as he said) greeted me with a huge smile and helped me with all of my stuff from my car to my room and back (it was a lot of stuff). He was extremely nice during the two days we were there. Ginnie at the front desk was absolutely fabulous and helpful. Fitzroy was the best bartender for the two nights we were there with our large group. Isabelle helped us plan our event months in advance and she was outstanding.

Very pleased I chose the Doubletree. Clean and quiet room. Very good reception staff. I only had 6 hours to sleep and get going again but I will stay here again.

Had a slight billing issue as I used a third-party to book room, Ryan Lantz was the manager who took care of everything with regard to fixing issue and resolving all my worries. Thanks again to Ryan and all the staff at Double Tree PGA Blvd....
