This was my first in person Mattress buying experience, and I am super grateful to have come across Mattress Direct. Definitely the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Barry was very kind, informative and guided me through out the whole process. I’m in love with my new adjustable frame and mattress!

Awesome customer service from the owner at Mattress Direct North Orlando. After discussing options and recommendations with Barry, the owner, we researched some mattresses online and decided on an Mlily Fusion Supreme queen mattress. He ordered the mattress and 4 days later it was on our doorstep which is amazing for out-of-state delivery. We love our new mattress, and greatly appreciate Barry’s knowledge and guidance on mattress selection. We will definitely shop with Mattress Direct North Orlando next time we need a mattress.

We ordered two beds in two different states from Mattress Direct North Orlando. Both came to our front door in perfect condition.

We ordered a King Fusion Supreme with high-rise frame, rather than - boxsprings and a frame for Florida to leave us more storage underneath. A high-rise frame does not require a boxspring!

And we ordered a split King two Mlily Fusion Supreme Twin XL mattresses with the two adjustable E255 bases in VA.

We both have had back and neck issues with our old mattress. Barry knew what we needed to eliminate our neck pain and back pain! It’s really great to have a split king so each person is comfortable with their own adjustments!

Absolutely loved my experience. I was able to purchase a mattress from this family owned business which is one of the values I appreciate about this company. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about his products. They offer reasonable financing and even gave me tips on how to pay it back to prevent financial hardship in the future. They also offer reasonable pricing for local delivery. I appreciate that I was able to set an appointment, go into the office and take my time to sample some of the selections they have, and they do have something for everyone’s budget. Now that’s something you can’t really get with buying a mattress in a box online. Overall 5/5 stars! You can’t really go wrong with choosing this company for your mattress ness either for yourself or for the family.

Awesome customer service from the initial visit to delivery. I love my new Nestor Glacier Mattress. I saw other reviews online after meeting Barry and Jeremy, but quickly learned some people can just be unreasonable. If you are looking for a new mattress, I would highly recommend meeting with Barry and Jeremy! They have the best prices and customer service!

It was time to purchase a new mattress and we have wanted to upgrade to a king size bed for a long time. We were nervous about how much more it would cost. So, we booked an appointment with Barry to check out our options. It was great to get one on one time with someone who is not only knowledgable but also cares about helping customers. There were so many great options. When we realized that we could have a bigger bed that costs much less than we expected, we were thrilled and excited. We picked out the best option for us and scheduled a delivery. Delivery was on time and the product was in perfect condition! We have been enjoying amazing sleep every night since the delivery. Great friendly service got exactly what we needed at a good price that didn’t break the bank. It’s been about 4 days on our new mattress so far so good. An he helped strap it to the hood of my car so I didn’t have to pay a delivery fee.
