As a Property Manager (that happens to aslo be a Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Sales person) Ivana is the agent you want selling in your community. The worst thing that can happen to property values is to have a home sit on the market for a long time. Ivana does not let that happen. Working with her Contractor husband David they are able to repair, renovate and anything else that your property needs to make it move fast. You cannot go wrong with this team.

Out of state buyers who linked up with a Beachfront Realtor via Zillow. Needless to say we won’t buy or sell with them again. Their agent was VERY green. The agent did our walkthrough on our behalf, said all was well and we closed. Upon arriving at the property there were several breaches of the contract; all curtain rods and tv mounts were taken and holes left in walls, not patched up. Child proofing on doors and cabinets were also not removed per the contract. We drove 13.5 hours to a house that had damage throughout. Our realtor offered us a Zelle payment of $200. When we said we’d like to consult a lawyer she said that “was an extreme measure”. We ended up spending $2,000 in repairs, new curtain rods, and tv mounts. Beachfront is all the frills, but their agents are young and inexperienced.
