Please be aware that Signature Real Estate has "Transaction Fees", today it's $995 to sell and buy also the price keeps creeping up. This fee is to store your records for five years in the cloud. They should give the option of letting the client store his own records. But please be aware that not all Real Estate companies charge transaction fees, its clever and easy for example to avoid paying $2000 if you are selling and buying, just google it; flat rate, transaction fee waived, real estate agents save on commissions.
